In general it is very comfortable and very clean the landlord is very friendly. The place is quiet but at night it is noisy because of dogs, appliances like cooker needs to be replaced and also water sprinkler in bathroom. Other than that it is convenient for couples and families.

Paper toilet was dirty with blood or human excrement, couch and bed are so dirty that the color turn to black. Water hose broken, several knobs drawers are broken. I had to stand on couch to turn on AC. Upon voicing my concerns the owner canceled my reservation to prevent me from postin my review on booking.com. On top of that the owner is unprofessional and commonly use a word with racist conotation to describe africans. I had to book and move to hotel in the middle of the night.

Thank you for taking the time to comment and I am sorry if the stay did not meet your expectations : First; we always ask people to confirm their date of arrival and the days they intend to stay specially that no credit card is required for reservation, so many guests end up changing their plans and not show up . We tried very hard to get in touch with you to confirm your arrival but in vain so we figured you were not coming . Despite that we honored your reservation and we managed to afford an appartement without the need to switch . Second; I was so surprised to read your comments about me using racist words to describe Africans , you must have heard or understood something wrongly specially that I have lots of friends from Africa and I have much respect to them . Third; The pictures were recent and were taken by myself , so I don’t really see how they can be different from reality !!! Fourth; I have been hosting guests for years and I myself rent properties when I travel abroad , clean appartement and clean sheets are the essence of any rental !!! You even went far and said that the toilet papers were used. how can that be possible !!!!!! Finally , yes i did call you trying to understand why you were so upset because all my customers before you left happy and some are regulars who come back . I did understand that your stay was not what you expected for whatever reasons ( some not related to the apt ) , I even offered you a remboursement of your money because you made it clear to me that you were not happy .I was so disappointed not only with your comment but also with the state you left the apt !!!!
