Detailed Reviews
The Parnas Hotel is one of the newer resorts in the Jungmun area, and at the moment, it is the hot spot and for good reason. It's a newer property and the complex is quite large but also has much to offer. We stayed in a junior suite with a great view of the ocean. The room itself was nicely done, and we really appreciated the separate luggage room/closet. The hotel has somewhat limited dining options with a restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar (decent scotch selection too :)) and poolside restaurant, but the quality of food is really good (the breakfast buffet was awesome). In addition, there is a high end Spanish and Chinese restaurant on premise as well as a convenience store, so there are even more choices at the resort. The location was perfect - overlooking the sea and right on Saekdal beach which is popular with surfers, tourists, and people wanting to try the freshest seafood (although it's not your typical stuff, e.g. abablone, sea cucumber, sea pineapples, etc.). They have both an indoor pool and a really nice outdoor infinity pool with great views of the ocean. The walk down to the beach is a little steep, but that will be the case with the resorts here, since they are all perched above. Service was great throughout the stay - ordered room service twice and both were on time and very tasty. And the concierge was very helpful with regards to restaurant and tourist recommendations, and he even led a morning hike on one of the nearby trails for us and small group of hotel guests. Overall, we really enjoyed the 3 nights at the Parnas Hotel, and we would definitely return to the resort next time.

This review is for staying in a club level 2 br room. I had the most amazing experience. I prepaid for the room through Agoda. The price paid for the club level room is very reasonable. The check in process was very smooth and I got upgraded to ocean view. The room was perfect for a family of 4. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was amazing. The food in cocktail hours was not great but I just stayed in Grand Hyatt which had the most amazing club level food. The infinity pool was perfect after a day of hiking but need to make a reservation which was not an issue for us since we were out during the day to tour around Jeju island. There weren’t enough sun beds but it’s like 16 bucks for 2 hours to rent some sun beds so we rented without any issues. The club staff was very attentive to my daughter’s tree nut allergy. It was a great stay and I hope to go back someday.

We had a good stay in Parnas hotel.
We would like to highlight extremly good dinner with very large selection of food, with lot of special see food choices, excellent sushi area and custom juice maker and much more. Also breakfast was very good.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Complementary minibar was also good.
Whole hotel was very clean dispite of its size. Also change rooms were in top state and very modern and comfortable.
Nevertheless we missed some how a feeling of a exclusivie 5 star hotel. It was just a very crowded big vacation hotel with many guests. There were so many guests that even the large pool with outstanding ocean view is overcrowded all the time, so that there is no space to swimm or to find a place on few loungers. And this was even although the guests are allowed only to choose one time slot for swimming (11-15:30 or 16:00-22:00)
As plan B you can take a 10 minutes walk way downstairs to the ocean to swimm and relax there. Unfortunatelsy the way to ocean near hotel is not in a good state and rather dirty. From a 5 star hotel of this category the guests can expect that at least hotel invest some effort to clean the way twice a day and may be also to repair it to provide a "better experience". May be it won't cost too much, but would significantly improve the impression. The public beach itself was very good and not so crowdy. I've enjoyed swimming there.
It is hard to rate this hotel. In generally it is very good hotel, but except of excellent food, it does not offer any kind of 5 star experience. But even in comparison with large 4 star vacation hotels, we missed somehow the space to "chill" and relax during vacation.
The hotel should provide at least second pool of the same size to offer enough space to relax. May be it would be great to install an outside pool or at least some chill areas with loungers on the grass meadow near ocean.

What is it with all of these rules? You need to book a time slot to use the pool for starters. We’re told we can’t use the pool from 3-4 for ‘cleaning’ so we’re waiting until it reopens. Then we’re told our booking has ended! We haven’t even set foot in the pool!! Why pool cleaning is taking place during the day is beyond me. Why do I have to give my room number to take a swim? Keep in mind there is no one at the pool!! And $60 for basic fried rice and 3 drinks is overpriced - no one came to take our order - at these prices, there should be poolside service.
This is proving to be a very frustrating stay, it shouldn’t be this hard.

+1
We visited Parnas Hotel on a Monday evening intending to have dinner at the Spanish restaurant. We found out on site that they serve ala carte meals from 8.00pm (they have set dinners which they serve from 7.00pm), which was a bit too late for us.
We decided to dine at the Confetti restaurant instead, which was a good decision.
I had a lobster pasta in cream sauce whereas Wife ordered a abalone pasta (with bracken) aglio olio. Both pasta dishes were excellent.
Staff were friendly and prompt.
This hotel used to be Hyatt Regency under a different management. I recalled staying at the hotel in December 2007.
Parnas Hotel looks like a cruise ship from the outside and the views were just gorgeous.

We had the perfect stay at Parnas Hotel Jeju. Even though we had some days of rain, the staff and facilities made that it was still unforgettable. We knew it was going to rain a few days during our stay and we explained to the receptionist Tiffany that we had been looking forward to it so much. She made sure that our stay became unforgettable by offering great service and giving us an upgrade to an amazing room looking over the sea. Because of this we had an amazing stay even though there were some rainy days.
The hotel has a large parking area, clean and spacious rooms, splendid views, a large and comfortably warm pool and nice garden which stretches all the way to the beach. I could easily spend two weeks here and not get bored. The breakfast had a great range of options and barista service which was a huge plus. I could really see myself returning here and truly hope for a succesfull future for this hotel and its staff.

New hotel with few reviews but decided to stay here for our Jeju trip. We got the family suite with twin looking out toward to the mountain with partial ocean few. Check it was smooth and very friendly helpful staffs. Our room was very roomy w/ separate living area with balcony, desk, couch and desk and fully stocked frig w/ complimentary water, local beer, cider and coke (they stock each day!!!). Bedroom had queen and full or twin beds, bathroom was huge plus access to balcony too! Suite was on the 10th flr. Used the pool once at night. The outdoor pool was nice and long and spacious. Their locker room was very nice. Had breakfast buffet and good selections of food. Oh, don't forget to get latte coffee at other end of the restaurant.
Here is GS25 convenience store right outside the main entrance. Good place to pick up some snacks, drinks etc.
Location was perfect at the bottom of the resort complex with other hotels like The Shilla Jeju, Lotte Hotel, Gand Josun. Few restaurants nearby and Starbucks, 7-11. Close to Jungmun area which had few local restaurants. Free parking and they few EV charging stations too.
Overall, Parnas had the biggest rooms compared to the our stay in Signel Busan and JW Marriott Dongdaemum. Highly recommend the hotel for families. FYI.. you will see lot of couples here too!

Went to this hotel for Buffet lunch at 85,000 won which include snow crabs, food is of very high quality. Though a bit expensive but is value for money. The view from this hotel is fantastic. Service is 5 stars. Will come again next time when I come Jeju.
