Had day use of a room in this hotel on a stopover. The room was compact but was very quiet for sleeping. The bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure. Complimentary water is provided and there is a kettle. The hotel is perfect for a quick stopover and is only 15 minutes from the airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport so it is our choice to stay overnight when we arrived late in Incheon. The room is very spacious. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices and the staff although very limited in English is ready to help. Good hotel.

Is totally value for money comparing the room rate downtown. It spacious, clean and comfortable. In fact I would rate it as 4 star. Although the reception told us there were no toothbrush, but the rest of the amenities were there! Love the fact that we checked in at 00.30 and the reception staff was there to help and he speaks good English. When we checked out at 05:50, he is still there! it is about 20minutes ride to the airport and we made use of the free airport shuttle. If you need the shuttle, you will need to book thought. Do not assume it will be there especially odd hours I have no complaint at all and will definitely go back if I needed to be close to airport. Bravo Royal Emporium!!!

Currently staying here to quarantine. The staff are not only unfriendly but also very rude. They somehow believe it’s ok to serve cold food for both lunch and dinner and respond by saying it’s a quarantine center not a hotel when you complain that the food is cold. Maybe because I’m coming from Southern Africa - they feel justified to treat me like a second class citizen. Serving foreigners, they don’t even bother label the food so we know what we are eating. Neither do they adhere to dietary requirements. Very traumatic experience!

The Royal Hotel Emporium was a cozy and relaxing hotel to stay in. It’s situated between a lake and a hillside. The view outside was very nice. Cons: breakfast - not too many options and a bit cramped specially when there a lot of tourists visiting

My husband and I, and our 2 kids stayed here for 2 days in between our international flights. It was 20 minutes ride from the airport. The airport shuttle was really convenient to have. This is a nice hotel, clean room but not spacious, bathroom was clean and modern. Front desk staff were helpful. They told us where to go for a nice dinner. It was a walking distance to a seafood market which had a Korean restaurant on the second floor. We really enjoyed the fresh seafoods and noodles at the cook-it-yourself restaurant, and of course the many side dishes and the maekju. There were also convenient stores, small restaurants and cafes. Nice places to hangout during the evening. The park across the hotel was a big plus. Great for an early morning run and a family hiking. If it's not because of the AC leak and all night water dripping directly to the foot part of the bed, I would have given it an excellent rating.

Read many reviews on remote location of this hotel which is not quite true. I had 8PM flight out of Incheon and was worried about how to spend the time after checking out of Royal Emporium. My family and I had a fabulous day in the vicinity. There is a fish market complex 5 minutes walking distance where I tried live octopus! It was so yummy and Instagram worthy. Also in this area is a pier where you can take 15 minute ferry ride to Wolmido. Ferry is 15 minutes ride and operates hourly. I don't remember price but was about $1.50 USD. Once at Wolmido, there is an English friendly tourist info desk and maps for English speakers. Take bus to Chinatown and Sinpo International market. Very easy to navigate with Google Maps. Took the 3PM ferry from Wolmido back to hotel and was able to make the 3:30PM shuttle to airport. Hotel Location is A+. As for the hotel, it is clean, free WIFI and good breakfast. I have no complaints. In summary, for a hotel not in downtown Seoul, it served its purpose and beyond.

We (2 parties) only stayed one night at the hotel on our way to London from Sydney. It definitely served our purpose to have a clean and comfortable night at a hotel close to the airport. The check in took us a bit of time as the receptionist’s English was not too fluent. We arrived at 8pm at the hotel and was told there was no more F&B outlet open while the other local restaurants were more than a stone throw in distance. We were though pleased to find there was a small supermarket located at the hotel where we were able to get some food items and even our beer and wine! Breakfast was served on a buffet basis with very basic range of cereals and Korean food items but good enough to fill up your belly. We liked the shuttle service where we were able to book for our pick up from and to airport from the hotel. It was all in all a very pleasant short stay. The room was clean, comfortable and good value for money.

From Incheon Airport this Hotel is a 40 minute drive away. First thing I noticed was the weird smell plus the heat. Our room, which was a King suite, did not cool down at all. The bathroom/shower was modern and clean. The TV did not work and the gym was ridiculous. There is a little shop to buy some food or you can order pizza from the room service menu. No extra beds either if you have a child To sum it up, The hotel is cheap, has a bad smell and the room would not cool down. Not a restful night
