Great hotel but rather strange - in the middle of an industrial estate and looks like an evil lair from James Bond. Would def recommend if you need a place near the airport as it was very comfortable and nice rooms. Good view of the airport from a special viewing room on 8th floor

Pros.. huge room. Extra modern. HUGE shower. Beds were great. Blankets are heavy and soft. Shuttle driver very friendly and energetic. Cons... Straight across from terminal 2 but you have to drive 10 minutes to get there around the airport. You have to reserve a shuttle ride. If you get to ICN early, you are still obligated to the original time slot. Would I stay again? Definitely.

I stayed in Ora only one night as my flight was in early hours. I strongly suggest you this hotel as i’s super close to the airport Incheon. It’s modern, clean, has big room and the bathroom. You can get there by hotel’s shuttle bus from Incheon both terminals or by taxi as I did. After 8 pm it costed me only 10,000 krw Reception speaks very well English and if you send an email to the facility they will reply you in +\- 10 min

Good Location, comfortable rooms, but restaurant was not in order. On the menu and on all pictures you can see a big variety of meals. If you want to order them, it is not possible, nearly all, especially pizza etc. is not available. At the end you can choose from only 4 foods. The waitress does not speak english enough.

Nice modern hotel, but in the middle of nowhere. Was fun that I seemed to be the only westerner in the hotel as everybody in the restaurant during breakfast appeared local. The hotel staff speaks basic English so keep this in mind when trying to get more complex requests or ideas across. What I absolutely disliked was the fact that there are no large bath towels in the room. There were four hand-towel sized examples which in all fairness was manageable but very unaccustomed. Also, no desk chair, but you have to move a heavy footrest to the desk area to sit on. The best part by far was the bed and bedding. I have never slept so well - and I have a Hästens mattress at home. I would ignore any negatives I have encountered just to sleep in that bed again. Also, I would like to thank one gentleman at the reception who has made it possible for me to stay despite arriving a day earlier. Due to a confusion I booked the wrong day and they were getting quite full, yet still they accommodated me for no extra charge. I did have to pay for late checkout. Check-out is at 11am and I had to pay 10,000 KRW per hour (maximum to 2pm/14:00) = 30000 Won for the privilege. Note that I had to pay room service when it was delivered. Sadly the food arrived cold but I was very hungry. I mentioned that the hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere. You need to arrange with the hotel to join the free shuttle bus which runs only at certain hours. I took a taxi and paid (Feb 2019) 10,000 KRW from Terminal two (Korean/Skyteam) to the hotel and 11,000 KRW going from hotel to Airport Terminal one (Asiana and other airlines)…

I stayed at this hotel for one night as I had a layover. The rooms are modern and clean, spacious bathroom, no balcony. Free shuttle bus from/to the airport. Very remote location - nothing around it..

The hotel itself was satisfactory. However, it was located in the middle of nowhere and more importantly, the staff were cold, unfriendly, and distinctly unwelcoming. Certainly not what you want after a long flight! I echo another tripadvisor user's review "[u]nfortunately the service was severely lacking". On the basis of the experience I had, I'm afraid I will not be able to recommend this hotel.

Nice looking hotel and rooms. The rooms were unbearably hot (30C) No air conditioning. The staff was nice enough to provide a fan. Restaurant very limited in menu and times of service. Sunday brunch was good however. Airport shuttle driver very friendly, front desk staff not very helpful (we asked to book an extra night and they told us to go do it through expedia....brutal). We waited until the next morning and the gentleman working the front desk for the day shift booked an extra night for us with no problem and at a cheaper rate. Good hotel for one night stay to be near airport. That's about it.
