Second visit in a few months and enjoyed four nights in a studio (well appointed) poolside room which provided access to the lovely infinity edged well maintained pool. Staff were more than helpful and friendly. It IS quiet but transfers to downtown Ubud and return are free. The resto menu is limited but workable. Cons: tv is limited to local channels.

Vile, absolutely vile hotel. I booked this hotel weeks in advance for my first night staying in Bali, I called the hotel around 11:30pm at night, once my flight landed, to confirm I would be arriving shortly. At which point I was told my room had been given away??? The worst thing happened when I went there and the only room they had available was a used, dirty, uncleaned from the previous guests room. I can’t believe a hotel would give a guest an uncleaned room. I was a sole female traveller, I had no where else to go, it was my first night in a new country, this hotel ruined the start of my holiday. The hotel is vile, bug infested and run down. I was given a Villa room, which you might think sounds nice, wait till you see the pictures. The breakfast was poor choice and covered in flies. Two staff that I complained to at the time told me I would receive a refund, I booked through hotels.com who have told me the hotel have refused a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

It is not a resort. At best a 2-star hotel but definitely not a 3-star hotel. We arrived and their was no towels in the room… Staff is kind but the hotel is in awful shape. Almost everything is old and broken (see photos). No sound isolation at all you can hear everything including people having sex. I was staying with my husband and kid, we were so uncomfortable. Couch was so dirty. I could not imagine sitting on it. The pool was so dirty there is no way I could put my kid and myself included in it. Longest 3 nights of my life not worth my money. Honestly should have been refunded.

I booked a Villa for my 4 day stay which was spacious and well appointed. I do suffer arthritic joints so found the Villa difficult to get to. I’ll stay again but select a poolside room, literally a step outside and into the infinity pool. That aside everything else about my stay was perfect. Friendly staff both food and beverage and room personnel who handled my requests professionally

Beautiful resort with a comfortable stay We stayed in a villa, it was huge with 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a sitting area with beautiful view of a farm behind it.... Villas also have their pool Staff is very helpful and friendly Breakfast is excellent with good vegetarian options They also give breakfast parcels in case if u are going to leave early for any activities, provided u inform them one day prior Resort is small but good overall we have a gr8 time Only negative about the resort is that it's slightly far from Ubud main street market ... If u have rented 2 wheelers, it's not an issue But if u have to go by cab, u will have to spend between 100000 to 120000 IDR ( approx 550-700 INR) every time u go out

Was staying for 3 nights with my travelmate. Room was so comfortable and the ambiance around the villa is so relaxing. The staffs were so incredibly friendly and the food on my breakfast and dinner was so good. A perfect place to just sitting down next to the pool on the evening with your love one. Definitely will come back.
