Good hotel at the heart of city. Clean, neat and comfortable rooms, Good service. Value for money. We got a room at the 4th floor. Nice view from the room. We enjoyed the food which was really excellent.

We stayed in royal suite with the assumption that you pay more for better services. However the amenities in the room wasn’t working . The AC didn’t work , neither does the intercom . In bath room the shower is leaky and the rooms were dusty. Absolutely not cleaned at all!!! The breakfast idli, poori is super cold and the tea served also not served hot. When compliant to the reception they had a cold shoulder to listen to our feedback.

A worthy Comfortable stay in the heart of kottayam . Location of the hotel is easily accessible and they have a warm welcoming and helpful front staff. Rooms are really spacious, neat and tidy and the meals in their restaurant are also great .

It was a very pleasant stay. Good ambience, cleanliness, High wifi strength , over and above the fine attitude of the staff especially the Manager Mr. Varun. I recommend Daan residency and their price is low comparing to other hotels nearby.

Good place to stay. Calm place, away from noise, pollution. Easy to access to main road. Cleanliness is very good, room service is very good. Dinner is not available in hotel may be the facility of dinner at the restaurant can be started and provided. Over all Good place to stay

What a room space .. room amenities for this cost is 10 star from my side , front the office and housekeeping service was excellent. Parking facilities and restaurant is great. The kizhibiriyani i had is very delicious. They can also provide travel facilities in kottayam. Overall full star .
