This property is well situated, very near to Raghunath temple and shopping market. Just walk able distance for dry fruit market, wholesale toy shops, famous sweet shops etc. rooms were clean and spacious. room service was good. staff were cooperative and attentive. special addition was their food, which was amazing in terms of quality, quantity and taste. would definitively recommend it. Tip: avoid booking through OYO. it leeds to last minute cancellation.

Worst hotel we stayed.... dirty as hell doomed interior, dirty bedsheet with lots of stains and tiny hair on it I doubt they changed it. Blankets stinks buckets in bathroom are older then hotel. Hotel staff themselves are not very tidy they attend your request but they keep staring at your face for tips. This place is big No No for decent family. Owner seriously needs to concentrate they can do pretty well if improve standard of their hotel as the location is very good. Upon checking out man at reception started murmuring with owner in his own language which they assumed we dint understand but we did We just ignored as we were two females and was no point in getting into argument. Then don't accept cards. Hospitality and customer service is zero at this place.

Large spacious room no. 101 LCD cable TV , AC, Ceiling Fan. Wardrobe, sofa, mirror, desk. Bedside tables. Double bed comfortable. Sheets & blanket clean. We asked for extra pillow and it was brought immediately. We asked for upper floor smoking room and this was provided despite booking at short notice. Room service very quick. Paneer pakora & shahi paneer very good. Reasonable price. Beer & spirits available but no wine. Parking available but limited. Upper floors are quieter. Bathroom basic with basic toiletries provided- 1 soap & 1 sachet of shampoo , 1 towel. Geyser in bathroom. Shower very good, hot and powerful. Western style flushing toilet. No toilet paper. Bathroom tiles need good clean but basically ok. Door man service very good, very friendly. He parked the car for us as we arrived late. Room service very good & fast. Reception staff polite. I preferred the room we stayed in on a previous visit ?402 (can't remember) but at 3,600Rs inc service charge & taxes via booking.com for 2 nights it was reasonably priced, comfortable & quiet & good AC. Recommended for a brief stay in Jammu. Would stay again in the future. …

Hotel is very close to raghunath temple.. I stayed here with my family here. When I asked reception to clean the room, he replied the incharge person just went home (Not an expected answer). Rooms were not that clean. AC were not working properly. No use of AC. Washrooms were clean.
