Beautiful hotel, food is excellent. Super clean However all inclusive is not all inclusive, you get charged for unnecessary things and not everything was open. Bower the cleaning was amazing. And it just looks wow.

Super friendly and kind staff, they will do anything to ensure your happiness and satisfaction. The manager supervises everything directly and ensures the residents' comfort. The food was absolutely delicious and variable all the time. The snorkeling was different and astonishing seeing the sea turtles between the colored fish and the coral reefs. Totally worth it and would come back.

Hospitality is A+ and all staff are very mannered and friendly. The hotel has many pools and a really enjoyable aqua park that gives you an adrenaline rush. The only low point is food. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Totally recommended.

Hotel is clean and organized, staff is very friendly, nice music, cool aquapark. Alot of pools, generous space, garden views are really nice, lots of blue and green space,I also loved the cappuccino. The only thing that was alittle bit disappointing is the food, can be desceibed as below average, other than that, strongly recommend :)

All in all it was a great hotel. Nice and clean, a good service, beautifull area and decent food. But what truly made it Amazing was the staff. Always so smiling and positive - One particularly guy, made our vacation complete. His name is Moo and he worked as a barman. He had the most professional ways to work, made incredeble cocktails and was always ready to spread some positive and good vibes. Thanks to him, we never had a borring moment. We spoke with some of the other guest and everyone had the same inpression of Moo, he is a great guy! He definitely deserve to be a manager with his proffessional ways!

It is my second time coming here. Totally recommend going there, the atmosphere is great. Staff are helpful and the food is great. The animation team are so friendly and had much fun talking to them, and with the activities they make everyday. Rooms are clean and the music everywhere is perfect. I think it won’t be my last time.
