Dear Hotel Management/Staff I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express our gratitude for the exceptional service we experienced during our recent stay at your hotel. Upon our arrival, we were initially assigned a room on the ground floor, which lacked sufficient sunlight. Recognizing our preference for a room on a higher floor, we approached the reception to request a change. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff assured us that a room adjustment could be made the following day. True to their word, the next day, we were accommodated in another room. However, still hoping for a room in Building 29 and on a higher floor, we kindly asked for another change. To our delight, the staff went above and beyond to arrange a room on the top floor, where we enjoyed abundant sunlight throughout the day. We were genuinely impressed by the patience, kindness, and flexibility demonstrated by your staff in ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodation. The culinary experience at the main restaurant was outstanding, with a diverse food theme each night that delighted our palates. Special thanks to your chef, who not only provided exceptional dishes but also accommodated our requests with a warm smile. The pool's perfect depth catered to all members of our family, from the youngest to the oldest. This is my second time at the Mamlouk Palace hotel and we really enjoyed it, there is plenty to do for young and old and there is also a super animation team. There is also great food. the hotel is also not that far from fun things to do outside the hotel

We have just returned from our second visit to Mamlouk Palace on both occasions we stayed for two weeks. The hotel is lovely the rooms however could do with some TLC aside from that we can’t fault anything. The food is lovely there are plenty of restaurants to choose from and no limit to the amount you can book. Kids menu is a little small but provided they aren’t fussy eaters mine just ordered from the adult menu. The main highlight of this holiday was without a doubt the staff. From front desk to house keeping to restaurant and the entertainment staff. They all cannot do enough special shout out to Keisha, Nina, Lena & Honda they really are the heart of the hotel.

This review is for the Mexican restaurant on site, Frida. When we visited everyone was happy to see us, then they realised we were from the sister hotel next door, the attitude changed almost instantly. We sat down and ordered our Fajitas as we would do normally in a Mexican restaurant, our food arrived quickly, so far so good, but no tortillas so we asked about tortillas and were told oh no you need to order them separately, groan. So we asked for tortillas and 1 tortilla arrived that was cold and cut into 4 pieces, no dips, no cheese, no salsa and totally ignored by the staff, we ate what we could but where very disappointed with the service from the team, we were in and out in 25 mins and 15 of those minutes we had empty glasses. Eventually we had to go to the desk to ask for our bill, then a nasty surprise, my dish was $3 and my wife’s was $4, total bill $54, WTF happened. Worst Mexican and worst service and I’ve eaten in a Weatherspoons.…

From 2 to 16 November we have had a wonderfull time with our friends in this Hotel. We also went to our favourite asian restaurant - "Manzoku". We were many times in this hotel and we love eating there. It was a pleasure that we had a delicious dinner from Chef Samir in Manzoku restaurant. It was really great. We have just returned from this hotel, very mixed feelings regarding the stay. The hotel has a nice reception lobby area, good service here sitting having a drink but that is because you tipped the waiters. The rooms are easy to find as they are all in blocks with each block having a large number on the front of it. Soft drinks, water, tea and coffee in the room but no beer. Regarding the drinks (we only drink beer and wine) the beer was the usual cheap all inclusive rubbish but in a couple of the a la carte restaurants they had cans of Heineken (my favourite lager) however it wasn't very cold. The white wine was acceptable. The food was the main let down compared to hotels in other countries. Regarding the a la carte restaurants, we didn't like the Spanish or Italian, the Mexican and Indian were good however on returning to the Indian the second time we ordered something different which was not good at all so it spoiled our experience of eating there. We spent the days on the beach rather than the pool area because the pool area was mostly shaded above the sun beds ( good for the scorching summer) but for the winter sun we preferred to be in the sun all day. On arrival driving to the hotel it was dusk and it was all light up and everywhere looked nice but on the way from the hotel back to the airport it wasn't very pleasant outside. Would we return, no, but that is just our opinion. I have noticed a lot of reviews from a lot of people who have only made one contribution to TripAdvisor which makes me suspect something is wrong there.…

Currently writing this review at the beach bar, enjoying final drinks after checking out. My Husband and I stayed for week and we wish we booked for longer. The hospitality was wonderful and apart from people trying to sell you massages and trips (not enough red flags available to indicate we were not interested), we never felt pushed into buying anything, the staff just wanted to say hello. At lot of all inclusive resorts are all about upselling. This is our first visit to Egypt and there is no upselling at this resort. Our room was very spacious and located in the middle block, between reception and the beach. The bed was comfortable, spacious bathroom and the room had a balcony. The shower was basic but roomy. Other facilities include a hairdryer, kettle, fridge and TV. The cleaner left us some wonderful towel sculptures, especially the birthday cake when he noticed my birthday cards.We had a few issues with the room. When we arrived, we could not get in and the whole door handle and lock had to be replaced. Sometimes the door didn’t lock when we left. I would advise checking yours. The pools, beach and bars are clean and well kept. We have enjoyed making the best of all of these. No need to pack beach towels, there are always a large supply available. Drinks are a little watered down. We never really watched a nights entertainment. It’s a very busy area and there are never spare seats available. The food varies. The buffet restaurant located in the main building is quite limiting for vegetarians and anyone with food intolerances would struggle. The al la carte restaurants were easy to book online if you booked them a day in advance. Please be advised these restaurants are purely interpretations of themed restaurants. Do not expect tapas at the Spanish restaurant or garlic bread at the Italian. We had some lovely evenings at the restaurants and I felt spoiled as it was my birthday one evening, but the food was often disappointing. The only exception to this was the Egyptian restaurant, which we returned to twice. There was so much choice there. I do recommend this hotel for the lovely winter sunshine and well needed rest.…

Just returned from another lovely holiday at the Mamlouk, everything was just perfect. The food was excellent especially the Asian, Indian and Italian. Our room was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Thanks to our maid in block 24 who couldn’t do enough for us, always checking every day that everything was ok and doing lovely towel art. All the staff at this hotel are amazing most especially Ahmed Said in the terrace lobby bar, he was a star and nothing was too much trouble for him. No wonder people come back year after year
