I highly recommend it, especially the animations and all the activities during my stay, they complement the pleasant time spent at the hotel. The coolest thing is that during my stay, the evening shows are different every evening, which is a very positive surprise.

Amazing hotel. Team animation no have one the same, beautiful and amazing customs. Nice dancers. Betto and gui the best animators and smiling amazing. My experience was amazing in Aladdin Beach resort.

The hotel Aladdin is the best way to spend holiday with family. It has everything for a wonderful holiday: a water park, delicious food, a clean and beautiful beach, animation and so on. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

We liked our stay in Alddin Resort. Aquazumba was great with Brazilianen guy. Food was pretty delicious! And beach is clean and comfortable! Pools are clean and nice! Only one thing we didn't like is the rooms. It's old and by our opinion you hotel needs to renew that. So thank you for vacation!!!

It's a very nice Hotel for us. The Food in the first Day was okay and started to be better everyday. We like the animation and shows a lot but only to watch, not to join. The service is good everywhere. The rooms are nice and clean for egypt standarts. The sea is very nice.

We arrived at the hotel just after midnight after a day full of travelling from the UK (anyone from the UK knows that 5.5/6 hour flight is a killer) we had read previous reviews about people being greeted with a drink which was very much needed for us since being on the go from 7am! However this didn’t happen for us at all. We went to reception to check in and they required holiday documents, booking online everything was on my phone. I showed the reception this but I ended up having to battle on trying to get my documents up at 1am when all I wanted to do was go to bed. We got took to our room which was outdated to say the very least. Mosquitos squished on the wall with blood EW! Just generally didn’t feel very clean. Air con was the worst we have ever had on a holiday, it took around 2 hours to cool the room down and later on in the holiday kept flashing up with an E4 error meaning we had to keep turning it off and back on again to work. The shower was freezing cold, I don’t actually think we even had a luke warm shower more than once. Food was ok, we both had to spend a day in the room as we both had upset stomachs from whatever we had and now we have both arrived home we are even worse. The Mongolian was our favourite as it was a proper menu whereas the Italian was 3 things on a menu and the rest buffet which to me wasn’t al a carte at all which is what we wanted due to there being a buffet already. Drinks are terrible, cocktails aren’t even cocktails. We drank vodka/wine the whole time we were there as this was the only decent thing. Most the time they don’t understand what you’re saying, to even asking for a vodka Fanta was difficult and many times received vodka with diluted orange juice instead of the Fanta. 2 pools which are absolutely freezing cold, I was sure one was supposed to be heated but they were both the exact same! Towel guys are lovely however and always got our towels ready and let us choose a seat and put them on the beds for us which was nice. If you’re English be prepared to battle with the Russians. They are very greedy and clearly think they own the place and it seems that this is allowed due to them being the majority and the British being the minority. I went to pick up a spoon to get some beef stew and a Russian woman took the spoon out of my hand and looked at me like I was a piece of sh** and proceeded to get her food! We had a late flight on our way home and weren’t due to be picked up until 6:30pm. They kick you out of your rooms at 12pm unless you have a late checkout. 3 days before I went to the counter to ask and they told me to come back on the day which was fine. I decided the night before I went to bed just to ask the question again as I thought surely they will know who’s checking in tomorrow but no, I was told to come back in the morning which I did. I went to reception and got told “NO” that was it. Just a NO, baring in mind this hotel seemed EMPTY with several rooms empty including the room next to us but apparently there was no availability of keeping our room on which is just disgusting considering the hotel have no wash room area/ facilities other than the showers on the beach/pool. We sat in reception and we actually forgot to hand our key in due to being so stressed about not being able to eat/drink from 12 and they came and found us and gave us attitude about this. Yes I understand that but please understand our frustration to how horrendous this actually is. You are kicking people out of their rooms with no facilities/showers in a private area to use. This meant the whole day that we could of been in the sun was wasted. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or return to this hotel as I know that there are much better ones in the area. The Hotel is fabulous. Great facilities, superb service and very clean. Animation team are excellent and keep you entertained with the programmes daily. A must visit when in Egypt and Hurghada especially.
