This hotel/suite is in a great location. The free breakfast included amazing choices that were very tasty. I had lunch at the same restaurant one day and it didn’t not disappoint either. The rooms are adequate and the balcony is an added touch. I only had an issues with a sink in one of the bathroom which was fixed within minutes once I reported it. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely return again.

Room Tip: Try to get a higher floor because the lower floors tend to get noisy from the street traffic.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Area is ideal for dinning and socializing as we held a conference at the Travers. Now I do not give out 5 ratings with ease, however the difference this time rest on the shoulders of the front desk manager Omar. Although expected I rarely receive the level of attention Omar extended. My stay was a delight thanks to Omar and the staff. Bravo and well done with many thanks,
Ing. Jose O Ramos

Noisy A/C, unpainted closet doors, hot water issues, Old TV, not smart. The staff is great and breakfast across the street is the best. The place is close to El Poblado and Provenza, is a great location but with old fashioned equipment. The best thing is the Front Desk and the Cleaning staff.

I booked an upgraded room and was given their basic room. They acknowledged this. I asked them to refund the difference, but they said their bank would not do that (Which didn't make sense). Instead, they said they would cancel the transaction and resubmit the charge at the correct amount. They said this would take a few days, and would be completed after I left. (This did not make sense either). I reconfirmed before I left that they would make the change. Of course they never did. They kept the extra money. It is dishonest, but it is actually more aggravating that they continually lied to me.
After making and paying for my reservation, and shortly before I departed the U.S., they sent me a note saying that rather than my credit card, they wanted me to make a transfer payment from my bank in the U.S. to their bank in Columbia. This was crazy.

The only downside, was, as everyone says, hot water. You just had to plan to spend twice as long in there as the water would go hot, then cold, them warm, then hot again. You just had to ride out the cold water.
Walking distance to Parque Lleras, Exito and the metro. What else does one need?
Kitchen could have been a little better stocked (seriously, not even salt, pepper and oil?), but we managed.
Our room was really big. Bigger than the apartment we lived in in Vancouver for 5 years. Amazing balcony, 2 bathrooms, decent kitchen.
Even though my Spanish is minimal, we found a way to work things out with the staff, who went out of their way to help us.
Rooftop terrace was a nice bonus.

Great space it’s big. But the internet is slow, bees are always finding a way into the apartment and the street noise is very very loud even with the doors closed on the patio!!! Hot water goes out fast! The bed was hard!!! We had apt 405 and had to check out early because it wasn’t comfortable.

We rented a family apartment at Orange Suites for five days. The apartment was well cleaned and in good condition. Located in the 9th level of the building, we had a great view over the city - especially at night.
The apartment has two levels. On the first level are the kitchen with dinning area, a bathroom (toilet) and a sleeping couch.
There was no Air-conditioning in the first level of the apartment but there also was no need for it.
On the second level are a bedroom with kingbed and TV as well as a dressingroom and bathroom (toilet, shower, bathing tub). The kingbed was very comfy and we had a great good night sleep. The Air-conditioning on the second level worked fine.
Hot water worked perfectly as well as the WiFi.
We loved it to spend some time on the balcony. We didn't like the railings though. There are big gabs between the metal bars, which we thought is not secure especially for kids.
The Frontdesk staff was always kind and helpful. We accidentally locked the safe without entering a new PIN but Luis a nice guy from maintenance was there within minutes and helped. The two ladys from breakfast service have been exceptional friendly, as well as the cleaning staff.
A whirlpool on the rooftop can be used with reservation. The rooftop area was great with an even better view over the Medellin Skyline.
We can highly recommand to take the family apartment at Travelers Orange Suites.

The admin of the place or the boss of staff acted very rude. We saw her yelling at them and treat them like less than humans. She has a very bad temper and you can see she lacks basic people skills to be in a customer service department.

Until now, I had not had a bad experience with any of the places I've been to or stayed at through tripadvisor, but this time around when I stayed at this hotel it became a daily ordeal. There were 6 of us in my group and there was always something off every day. We stayed in total 4 days and every day there was either a problem with the hot water, the quality of the mattress was very poor and one would sink into the mattress while sleeping or with the towel service. On the last day during our checkout, they offered to store our luggage for a couple of hours until we would have to leave to go to the airport. Everything was going well until we went to pick up our suitcases and our backpacks. Because we left in a hurry, somehow someone had untied my jacket from my backpack and I left without it and for my brother in law, they had also not loaded his backpack along with the rest of our luggage. Since we had taken different ubers to the airport, he realized it and went back for his backpack, but unfortunately, I realized I was missing my jacket when I arrived to my next destination which was Bogota, where the temperature is much cooler and I needed my jacket. I then called Orange Suites and spoke to one of the people at the front desk, only to find out that the guy who was working at the time of our checkout was not responding when they were trying to call him in order to find out where he had put my jacket. Finally, hours later the girl said she had looked for it herself and found it. I then asked about the possibility of having it shipped over and she said yes. I got my jacket the following day, but someone had gone through the pockets and taken out the cash and most importan my earphones, Bose QC20 noise cancelling headphones – Samsung/Android™ devices which cost $249.95. When I called them back to file a claim, they said that they couldn't make themselves responsible for anything that was left at their establishment. I then asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and a woman called me back and said that I had to prove that these items were in my jacket and since there was no way of doin so except to take my word for it... then they couldn't be held responsible. When I questioned her about someone having untied my jacket from my backpack and separated my bother in law's backpack from the rest of our loggage, she answered that the jacket could have come loose and that both could have been an accident. Which is not true!!! Someone, must to have untied it because it was tied up very tight and I always travel with my jacket the same way and it had never come loose. Specially, if it was just going to be sitting in a storage room and not even being moved around and as for the backpack, why was it separated from the rest of the luggage(?).
Bottom line, they never reimbursed me for my earphones nor for the other items that were in the pockets of my jacket.
My sugestion is if you are ever to be in Medellin and would like to stay in the area of El Poblado... You are better off either trying out an airbnb or some of the other hotels in the area where no one will go through your things and try to keep them behing in the hopes that you will forget about them.

Situated in a former residential neighborhood that is transforming to restaurants and commercial uses, and within walking distance to Parque Lleras as well as the Poblado Metro station.
The room had two bathrooms, kitchen, and living area for a very affordable price. The room was clean. We slept well despite how hard the mattress felt initially. The staff was friendly and attentive, but there was no concierge. Breakfast was included, served in a dining room with additional seating on a terrace. Fresh fruit, breads, eggs cooked to order, pancakes, arepas, and self serve hot coffee, hot milk, hot water and juices.

Yes Sir, we have a 24 hour reception, for anything you need and the facilities are totally safe for our guests.
I am not working here but believe me, taxi prices are very cheap here. If you order a taxi at airport it is around 20€.
Si señora es cerca al metro igual este pasa por toda la ciudad.
