Dear I D, Thank you for your detailed comments regarding your stay at the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations .Please allow me to express my sincere apologies. As you mentioned the problem of the room arrangement, if the room availability permits, we will definitely arrange our guests together in adjacent rooms, however if based on the time you arrived and there is no prior request, and the hotel is full, we will be unable to do so. About the smell of smoke in the room, unless there is clear indication in your prior booking information, we will normally allocate whatever is available at the check-in point of time. Some parents who smoke do not mind smoking rooms as they are permitted to smoke in those rooms. We will strengthen our staff training to ensure our guests are getting the room type they are asking for during check-in time. About the beer in the seafood buffet, we like to advise that for buffet purposes the draft beer in the buffet is pre-tapped into a dispenser as we have many guests requests to have fast refills or self-refills but If you want a fresh beer directly tapped from the beer machine, you can request for it anytime and the staff will serve you. We do not include wines in the buffet, and if you prefer wine, we have special wines on offer for sale. We assure you that all the buffet drinks and food are refilled all the time, some may take some time to freshly cooked and refill, and we usually advise our guests to take other food first in the buffet as there is a large variety of dishes in the buffet. On the service and unspecified food from the unspecified restaurant you mentioned, we have no record of your complaint, however, we will reinforce training of our staff and managers to ensure we keep tab of all our guests feedback after their consumption and to replace without any charge any food the guest feel is not up to their expectations. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Therefore your feedback is very important to us .Please be assured that we will take the appropriate measures to address the problems and prevent future occurrence. Jump Zone Trampoline RMB30/Person/Time and RMB30/Kid/Time for in house guests, RMB 46/Person/Time and RMB 46/Kid/Time for non-resident guests. For 1.5 years old child can play with Kids playground for free.

Dear Timjean, Thanks a lot for your interest in our hotel ,seems here I could not share the email address , link or photoes for more details communication , little suggestion is that you can find our email address in official website ,so I can share to you other details information . We only have this kind of villa which has the provide swimming pool. Our villa has three bedroom ,when we said max 8 pax ,already including 2 extra Bed ,which is 292 RMB per night without breakfast .Maybe for ten adults need three extra Beds in one villa .And we will be very glad to see that you an you family together come to us ,so please contact us via email ,we can offer a better price to you . Hello,MeghaChaddah. we has free kids activities at 16:00 every day ,and free outdoor and indoor kids playground. And some activity are chargeable ,like our water slide is RMB 56 /Adult /Time , RMB 46/kid /Time ,Jungle Gym is RMB 30/Kid /Time ,Jump zone Trampoline is RMB 30/Person /Time .Our shuttle bus is free for our in house guest to Downtown and Duty free shop ,only need one day advance booking ,the taxi from airport to Hotel is around 25 RMB ,any further information you need ,just let me know.

At breakfast buffet we have some items like vegetable ,fruit ,noodle, bread , for your choice ,and I already discus with our executive chief just now ,we can prepare the lunch, dinner vegetarian food package for you , which is included the main course ,soup ,dessert, the price would be around RMB 200,but the food details and price now just for your reference ,any further request or assistance you need ,just let us know .
