We have been to stay here twice, last time was March this year. This hotel is 5 star luxury all the way! We were collected from the airport & given our welcome gift. We arrived at the hotel & were greeted with such a warm welcome & drinks. The hotel is class in it's decor with excellent service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, all our trips were organised for us. The food is wonderful, we even had a one to one cooking class with the chefs, we now cook Khmer food at home! Our room was a junior suite, absloutely fantastic with huge comfy bed & free standing granite bath as well as separate shower room. The staff are so lovely & happy with huge big Cambodian smiles, they are friends now to us now as we spent 2 weeks here each trip. We plan to return next November as we have found our little piece of paradise to unwind & relax in, so why go anywhere else!!…

I had a very pleasant stay at the Central Suite Residence for four days during my March 2017 tour of Siem Reap, Cambodia. The suite was spacious, kept very tidy and all the staff members were very professional in dealing with any request I had. Amy was very thorough in her walk through. Definitely a comfortable place to rest and relax!

From the time we were picked up from the airport we felt welcomed and very special. Given a Khmer scarf as we boarded the van. Our host Story who was appointed to us for our stay filled us in heaps of helpful information. The property is wonderful. So close to the main street and Pub Street. The pool very relaxing and great staff at the pool bar. We had one dinner and breakfast every morning at the restaurant and the food was exceptional. They kindly organised a tour to Angkor Wat providing a tour guide and tuktuk. The staff very friendly and very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and unique.

Central suite résidence was just perfect for us. We enjoyed the breakfast both western and asian style with the best soups ever, we enjoyed the massages every day, we enjoyed the bedrooms of course clean and so Big and above all we enjoyed the efficient and so professionnal Always smiling staff. We would have nice little towels for hands every Time we would be back from town. Thank you Mr. Helicopter for Booking the private guided visit of Angkor Watt. AT Central Suite Residence, problems Always have a solution. We also were so near from our best shops. Artisans d'Angkor is juste 3 minutes walk from The hôtel and Mékong quilts round the corner. In the room I stayed in, no it did not. There is a curtain to separate the shower but no door.
