Hello Keiprat. Bun and family offer a unique opportunity to stay "a la local" in their home on the fringe of the countryside. Guest rooms are all on the 1st floor and have excellent aircon, and mosquito nets. The rooms are very simply furnished as should be expected. They are for sleeping in. The shower/bathroom is perfunctory. The view from the communal balcony where you enjoy breakfast each morning is better than the city views, but don't expect to see wilder-beast on the Serengeti. Family meals might include local caught freshwater fish (expect sardine size, heads n all), morning glory (pond grown greens from the garden), snails, frogs if requested, snakes even, and boiled rice, and no nuts to be seen.... its more real than Siem Reap, which is ugly in my view, but worth a visit. Take a look at my other reviews for an overview. Enjoy the trip! I did.
This home stay is maybe 15 minutes from the airport. We had arranged for a guide with Mr. Bun and the guide and our driver picked us up from the airport and took care of us from there for the duration of our stay.

Hi there! Yes breakfast and dinner was provided for us. Bun was the best host. He woke up extra early to get us a fresh breakfast, and at night we would all eat together outside for dinner. Most of the dishes were vegetarian, but I would make sure to message him after you book to let him know. But that shouldn't be a problem.
I also suggest doing the tour with him. He is an expert! He knew the ins and outs of the complex, and took us on a route that was much less crowded. He was also very reasonably priced. I don't think you'll find anything cheaper.
