We stayed at Primefold in March 2020. At first we were a little suspicious because we had booked our stay at another hotel ( part of the chain) and I imagine that they changed us due to the cancellations that should be occurring due to the Coronavirus. We had an excellent surprise, as we loved the accommodation, breakfest, employees and all the service. Ella was our manager during our stay. I'm used to staying in many hotels abroad due to my job and I have never been as well attended as I am now. From our arrival to our departure, we were treated with great affection and attention by Ella and the other employees. We loved our stay at the Primefold Hotel. We got a free upgrade because of our honeymoon so that was a great suprise. The staff was super friendly. Jack was our 'host' and he really did everything to help us and spoke perfect English. We booked a very nice tour he recommended and made some great memories. I won't be suprised if he will be promoted to hotel manager in the future. When we left, we even got a present to remember our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay again in the future.

We fell in love with this beautiful, 5 star hotel and the amazing staff!!! The lobby, gardens , pool area and guest rooms are stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Our room was huge with a comfy bed, good lighting , well furnished and with a spacious, luxurious bathroom. We were very well cared for by Jack and other staff who helped us plan tours, excursions, dinners out and planned a very special birthday surprise (including singing and special birthday large fruit plate) for my husband. In addition we really enjoyed the expansive breakfast by the pool and appreciated the complementary airport pick up.

This is an excellent hotel in a good location. It's close to town, yet quiet. The staff are wonderful - kind, attentive and so helpful. The restaurant is really nice and the breakfast is very good too.

Very spacious, stylish and clean hotel with the most dedicated and friendly staff. Room was huge, super clean and with many additionals - bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, mini bar, bath, separate shower/toilet room and balcony. Breakfast and dinner had many great choices and was super delicious! Finally, staff were just amazing. The most welcome and helpful people we have ever met. We also had a personal Assistant Lara who definately exceeded any expectations! She met us very warmly, gave useful tips about the area, organised a motorbike to rent, gave us a cell phone in case of any emergengies and was always there for us. Lara and all other people at the hotel went above and beyond looking after us.

Yes, there are only 5 deck chairs. But we (a couple) always found 2 free chairs since many people are at the temples or at town. The pool is also nicely suited for relaxing when it's hot out there due to its trees/palms around.

I hunk the restaurant serves various meats including pork. Not sure if it's halal if that's your question. Doubt it.

A fixture in the bathroom broke whilst I stayed there, it was repaired almost immediately after house keeping spotted it and I wasn't charged. Really great hotel, the staff are wonderful.
