The Royal Crown Hotel & Spa is conveniently situated 3 minutes walking just across the Siem Reap River from the bustling French quarter and Old Market and Pub Street. The building has retained the true colonial French characteristics. The hotel is just 10 minutes drive from Siem Reap International Airport and it only 10 minutes to reach the world heritage temple of Angkor. The Royal Crown Hotel & Spa there are two swimming pools, one saltwater, one freshwater, and full moon bar rooftop, restaurant available pizza order.

The Royal Crown Hotel & Spa garners praise for its exceptional service and prime location, making it a favorite for guests keen to explore Siem Reap's attractions like Pub Street and Angkor Wat. Its rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and comfort, while the elegant blend of French colonial and traditional Khmer decor contributes to a charming atmosphere.
The hotel's amenities, including the spa and rooftop bar, add to the experience, although some guests suggest updates are needed. While the value for money is generally appreciated, a few travelers mention inconsistencies.

Amazing & friendly staff/service. Extremely helpful with local knowledge & how much to pay for drivers etc. Perfect location, beautiful ground level pool & rooftop bar. Not too busy, great breakfast & restaurant food, both local & western cuisine. Felt clean & safe!

A short 10 - 15 min drive from the airport to the hotel, where you are greeted by friendly helpful staff.
Situated in a pretty central location, around 5 mins walk from Pub street and the night market
My room was clean when I arrived and cleaned regularly during my stay, I found it quite spacious and all facilites worked well.
A wide selection is available for breakfast and staff can even provide you with a small picnic if youre heading to Angkor Wat early.
Underground parking is also available if youre daring enough to drive here.

+1
We/I have stayed in this hotel twice in 2023. First as a family then as a solo traveler.
The hotel is an older building but immaculately kept. Beautiful wooden floors in the reception area that are clean and polished more than once a day.
The staff on every level cannot be faulted in anyway.
The housekeeping outstanding at their job.
Maintenance crew attended promptly to a couple of minor issues on any given time or day.
Breakfast staff so polite and welcoming with a vast array of options.
The reception staff very attentive, well organised, and extremely knowledgeable. They are able to arrange spa visits, transport, tickets, and not to just the common tourist sites but other out of the way places too.
The security (?) staff very helpful, particularly assisting crossing the road and with vehicles departing the premises.
The rooms are comfortable with efficient air conditioners. We stayed in both a suite and a deluxe room.
2 pools and both are well maintained and clean. One with a poolside bar and one without
If you wish to stay in a deluxe room, please specify if you want a shower over a bath or a walk-in shower only.
Just bring your own flannel/wash cloth/bath sponge with you or purchase from a nearby market.
I would without hesitation stay at this hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending it either.

The room I booked I did not get, they allowed a long stay guest to stay in the room I had booked. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is well positioned for pub street. There is only a plastic shower type screen between the toilet area and the bedroom

Not sure why it's got a higher star rating than it has, it was like staying in a pricey hostel. To add we had 2 Australian skool groups staying which added to the torture. We picked this based on reviews, location and giant ibis bus pick up, all which I could have found elsewhere at the same price with less of the headaches. Noisy old building with a basic waste of time breakfast, which is usually something I can take or leave, but when I saw what they packed as our breakfast for our early temple tour, that was the icing on the cake, pathetic, seeing as they initially complained when we asked for it, when other reviews had said Brill things about the takeaway breakfast.
Should not have wasted my time or theirs. What's more u have 2 pools on the street that are tiny with no worthwhile space, deceptive pictures And finally advertise non smoking, our second night, the cigarette smoke in the corridor was so bad that when we asked them to find out what was happening, and said it was the room across from us they did nothing. They asked us to move rooms at 11pm instead of the room at wrong. Brilliant customer service. Don't stay here there are lots of options around it doesn't live up to the reviews given.

great location, 10 mins drive from the airport and a 2 min walk to countless restaurants and shops. This was our favorite hotel of our entire 3 week stay in Vietnam / Cambodia. Stylish Asian decor, the room was big and clean, with french windows overlooking the area. The big attraction was the pool (they have 2) but we spent all our time in the one with elephant sculpture fountain, which was mercifully in shade. After a day of sight seeing in 100 degree heat and 80% humidity this was just heaven. The perfect temperature, very stylish surroundings and a bar, where the tenders brought our drinks right to the side of the pool. we spent hours swimming there.

I stayed at this hotel for my stay in Siem Reap and found it to be the perfect location.
It's a 5 minute walk from Pub Street and the old market area of town. It's comforting to know you don't have to walk far at night after dinner and you wont hear any of the awful dance music the night clubs play all night.
There are always tuk-tuks available in front of the hotel to take you anywhere you want to go. There is also a mini mart on the other side of the street selling things we westerners will recognise and a few we wont! haha
The hotel itself is modern and clean. The rooms are spacious. The pool looks good. The staff are wonderful with their fluent English, constant smiles and presence. The service is quick and the nightly rate very reasonable.
I definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for cleanliness, comfort and convenience.

The hotel staffs were friendly and even the tuktuk driver contracted with hotel was honest and helpful. If there were a chance to travel there definitely choose this hotel. They prepare breakfast box for us (it wasn’t good like normal breakfast but it was better than nothing.)

Great hotel, fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the centre. Very clean, very kind and very helpful with every request. There is a spa that offers high-quality massages, in a clean and relaxing place, even if a little more expensive than the center it is convenient to go down in your bathrobe to have the massage and then return to your room. The only flaw, for us Italians, breakfast was a variety of Vietnamese and savory food, while desserts were very limited, but we didn't die of hunger, on the contrary 😂. I highly recommend it

This a great hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and are a good size. It has 2 pools each with plenty of seating and the larger one has a bar with it.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and it has a huge foyer and a massage/spa centre. The best thing is it is only a 5 minute walk to Pub Street where the restaurants & bars are located.
Would definetly use Royal Crown Hotel again in Siem Reap.
