My wife and I had booked four nights at the Robam Inn, based on good reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by this hotel. I suggest that you avoid this inn. While the staff is kind, the hotel itself seems as if it has not been renovated for 20 years. Our room was good size, but the air conditioner was old and irregular, the TV was old, the furnishings are tired, the fridge did not cool well, and we had ants in the bath room. The pool was small, often crowded, and the milky water looked as if it had not seen chlorine for weeks. Disturbingly, I saw many hotel guests showering AFTER they swam. The common spaces were hot with no AC and in need of a reno. The hotel breakfast was average — All in all, I cannot recommend the Robam Inn. The two positive things that I can say are that the staff are kind and flexible, and the location is good, but there are many other better hotel options in Siem Reap... our flight home was cancelled after we checked out of the Robam Inn, so we added a night in Siem Reap but did not choose Robam Inn. …
We appreciate this hotel hidden in little fresh garden Swimming pool to refresh after visits not far from the animation of bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly Good breakfast Room Cambodian style with air condition Bathroom small but sufficient
Location was perfect, staff very friendly, great a-la-carte breakfast. Very calm and cozy atmosphere with a lot of green plants. The pool is small but big enough to relax and refresh yourself. Bed was comfortable and the room didn't get too hot during the day. Wifi and AirCon worked well. Some small details were missing: a place to dry the towels and swimsuits, no place to keep the soap, power sockets are in awkward places so it's not convenient to charge your electronics, curtains to the balcony has a tiny gap when closed. Overall it’s a great place to stay in Siem Reap, recommend.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the young man who served us everyday was always smiling and wonderful to see each morning. Our room was beautiful - located in the villa. Bedding was high end and the shower was great. Loved the pool area! You can walk to pub street, but we always took a tuk tuk which were readily available for $2. There is a nice grocery store at the end of the block, the location is great. We definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Siem Reap.
I loved our stay here and in Siem Reap. We stayed in a family room with two king beds and it was quite spacious. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the pool was great to have or a quick dip on hot afternoons. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast gave us a great start to our day. Highly recommend staying here, also because it is walking distance to all the great areas but located on a quiet little street.
