The property was like a private oasis, lush and beautiful away from the crowds of Siem reap. The pool was fantastic with comfortable relaxing chairs and the poolside drinks and snacks from the nearby restaurant. The amazing part of this property was wonderful friendly staff. Highly recommended!

We did not know we would go to Cambodia, since we are airline staff, for vacation till only two day before the flight, so we had to make some decision during our stay in Phnom Penh. This hotel had great reviews, is out of city noise and had a great offer including breakfast. The staff is wonderful, the room was spacious, the pool is cool and breakfast great. They even make you a takeaway breakfast if you go for the Angkor Wat sunrise tour if you ask the staff the night before. However make sure the room is cleaned with the door closed to avoid a mosquito hunt! With Grab, download the app!, a Tuktuk is around $2,50 (9000) to the city and $4 to the Angkor Wat. When you visit the temple ensure you buy tickets in front, there is a huge welcome center, before you go there!More

The hotel really is bang for the buck, we loved our stay. From the pool and clean and spacious room! The staff was very accommodating with booking Angkor wat tour. A full day with our wonderful guide Kim was a blast. Add to that our driver Kimrun that saved us from the heat. A great team!

A nice hotel. Friendly staff. Quit ( a bit outside the center of town so you will need a tuk tuk to go to town). Room is nice and clean with view on the beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. Breakfast is correct. A good advise when/if you would like to do the classical temple tour: Ask for the guide "Kroch Bopha". Bopha is a very knowledgeable guide. Having been himself a monk for many years he can tell you interesting stories about Ankor Wat and the other temples.

The hotel and its location is lovely not too far from Angkor. For the arrangement was excellent, they arranged us an excellent tour guide Thearith, who knows everything about the place and temples. The way he explained was easy to understand, answered all my questions. Tuk tuk driver also good driving’s safety. The owner of this hotel should be proud of their staff, they are really exceptional. Huge thanks to Tomas, Smith and every amazing staff. Will staying again with this hotel in the future.

This gorgeous small hotel lies outside the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. After a busy day checking out the temples in the area, there’s nothing better than coming back to this hotel. The swimming pool awaits… the always smiling faces of the staff who want to please you with what the hotel has to offer. The magnificent, delicious meals and the yummy mock tails and cocktails. Your laundry gets done for only USD3 per kg, drop it in during the morning and it’s clean and folded up when you get back from your daily adventures. They are happy to organise your tours and tuk tuk rides. Thomas and Chin love their job and their only wish is to make your stay as pleasant as they can.

I absolutely loved my stay at Grand Venus. The staff is extraordinarily kind and helpful. The hotel is located a little bit on the edge of town, in a green and authentic neighborhood. It was fun and safe walking around the area and it’s a quick tuk tuk ride into town or to Angkor Wat. Thomas and Meng were efficient and knowledgeable at the reception and helped me get tuk tuk drivers to wherever I wanted to go. Ms Roth cooked delicious food in the kitchen - my favorite was the green mango salad. Mr Tong and Ms Kong catered to my every need in the restaurant. The pool area is beautiful and the whole place is like a little oasis to come home to. I found room 109 too close to a rattling airconditioning unit from a neighbor and was promptly offered room 216. That side of the hotel is very quiet. On my last morning, I was offered a late check out so I could still shower after my visiting Angkor Wat a second day. Well done Grand Venus staff- you were amazing!
