We stayed for three nights at Treeline Urban Resort and had a lovely, relaxing time. The room was big and welcoming, and the small patio outside had a comfortable lounger. Bathroom and amenities were great. On the downside, storage in the room felt limited and the placement of the safety box was annoying. Food at the resort was very good indeed, both the breakfast selection at Seed and the dinner at Romiet. The pool was on the small side, but adequate. The pool bar was good and the drinks were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful in every respect. The resort seemed very slow when we were there, and the staff didn't seem to have enough to do, just waiting around to be of assistance. As a guest you feel cocooned when you're inside the resort, as there's nowhere where you can get more than a glimpse of the city outside, even by the rooftop pool.

Hotel's Favorite
If you’re looking for a place to stay in SR, don’t look any further. Treelike Urban Hotel is amazing, one of the best I have seen in SE Asia. The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed, in a well balanced combination of materials. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds are the beyond comfortable. The room has everything you need, including a Bose speaker, Netflix and the most comfortable slippers out there. There is a lovely infinity pool where they serve a proper food and drinks menu as well. For breakfast I tried a couple of dishes from the a la carte menu which were all good and a big pro for having a lot of healthier options available. Very good coffee by the way. The size of the hotel is just perfect, not huge and not tiny either. This makes it quiet but lively at the same time. Location is awesome. Walking (or tuk tuk) distance to a lot of restaurants and places for a drink (try Miss Wong) but not amidst of the pub street craziness. I arranged a multiple day tuk tuk driver to go to the temples via the hotel, which may have been a bit overpriced compared to arranging it directly with a driver but definitely worth it since they got me a trustworthy gentleman and take away breakfast was included. But the most striking thing of it all where the people of Treeline. They truly have the kindest group of staff you could ever imagine, which made me feel truly at home in Siem Reap. For me, the only downside was the fact that the they accepted a tour group (not sure if they do it more often), which is not common for this type of hotel. But of course I understand they need some extra occupancy after covid.

We loved our stay at the Treeline Urban Resort. It's a beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic service. Attention to detail, courtesy and hotel environment are exceptional. The room are big, clean and nicely decorated with lovely small attentions. We also ate at the Romiet, the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious.

We had an awesome time here, the massage treatments (we had the signature and foot reflexology) were incredible - super nice atmosphere, people and facilities. All of the staff was super helpful and kind from moment one until departure, everything was taken care of and everyone was thoughtful. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the entertainment system was modern. The food and beverage was epic, we had a few meals outside the hotel that were great too; but we loved the food at the hotel so much that we had lunch there three times. The breakfast was great too: fresh, good coffee and good selection. Finally, we had a Tuk Tuk driver that was arranged by the hotel, his name is Yem and he made all of our local trips perfect. We went for a sunset trip, a sunrise Angkor Wat tour and further temple tours. Yem drove safely and was always there waiting for us when we were ready to go and always had water and cold/wet towels for us to freshen up.

Highly recommend this hotel. Lovely spacious airy room with the most comfortable bed and pillows! The staff are amazing and this means all of them. Greeted with a smile from everyone and they couldn't do enough for you. Ate in both the restaurants on the evenings we were there, both were really good. The Temple restaurant was really something special and immaculate service. Brown's coffee shop next door where we had some lovely coffees and cake. You will not be sorry booking this hotel. Fantastic.

First time in Siem Reap. This hotel did not disappoint me. Located near the main river in downtown, this small hotel is easily accessed with many restaurants nearby. Staffs here were attentive. Nice and spacious room. Amenities were adequate. Few issues need improvement; the hotel should not charge for an incoming phone call. There is no air purifier in the room, Cambodia had quite a bad air pollution this time of year due to widespread rice field burning by farmers.

This place is incredible - from the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The hotel is very centrally located right on the river and a quick 5-10 minute walk from many restaurants and the tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. The entire property was immaculate and very detail was well-thought out. Attentive and accommodating, the staff went above and beyond and remembered us despite our short stay, even arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Even after checkout, they stored our bags while we used the pool and made sure we were well taken care of. Oh, and the complimentary foot massage was a very nice way to relax after touring Angkor Wat all morning. If you are coming to Siem Reap, you must stay here!

We really enjoy our two night stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, Seim Teap Located by the river, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Pub Street area but still within easy walking distance. We really preferred this location. The hotel has a modern boutique intimate feel and we recommend upgrading to an Executive Suite Room ( specially 314) if you can … top floor over looking the pool and just a lovely space with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were engaging and helpful… nothing was too much trouble. If you’re the kind of person who works out on holiday, we are not :-) , just beware there is no gym. Lounging around the riverside pool was more our style. We in no doubt you will enjoy your stay at The Treeline Urban Resort.

Very location, the hotel has a very nice environment with plastic free policy, what is amazing. The decoration is very nice and staff is always there for whatever you need. According to our days, they plan our stay in Siem Reap. The restaurant from the hotel have a very nice menu , with plenty of vegetarian options. Definitely a place to stay when visiting Siem Reap.
