Lovely hotel in a great location for central Siem reap - easy walk to restaurants and Pub Street but still quiet. Huge selection at breakfast with tasty options and western style coffee plus iced options. The highlight was the swimming pool - clean and relaxing plus 2 cocktails for $5 between 4-7pm. Oddly heavy robes for the pool! In house restaurant very pricey. Had the basic rooms which were fine, nothing special, waterfall shower in a tub, decent aircon. Corridors and restaurant not airconned. Didn’t use any other hotel service but offered tours, tuk tuk, massage. Very friendly staff.

First time in Cambodia /Siem reap and I spent a lot of time researching hotels. - location of the hotel is great, is a very short work to on street and the night market food stalls - hotel was a short walk down a more quieter road, I had a room facing the street and I was able to sleep soundly, with no noise distractions - pool and roof top area was perfect for tanning - staff were amazing, I arrived about 9pm and one of the lights weren’t working in my room, I didn’t want to switch, but they fixed it no problem the next morning (replaced the whole switch) - breakfast was great, lots of choices. - general meals at the hotel were great, good portions and well priced. - the room was massive and kept very cool during the peak heat in Siem reap (35-40C while I was there) Only minor issue was because dinner extreme heat the meals area and the gym got quite hot)

We truly enjoyed our stay there. It was the perfect hotel for us. We could go in the city centre by walk which was really great! We especially loved the pool on the rooftop. I will recommend it to any friends coming to Cambodia. The hostess at the front desk were always very kind and helpful!

We stayed here for 6 nights in Siem Reap and it was just absolutely amazing! The rooftop bar and pool has 360 views over Siem Reap and gorgeous sunsets. The rooftop bar staff were absolutely amazing and looked after us so well! We were at the pool at some point every day and when we arrived at the pool, the bar staff would come over right away to take our order and would check in on us all the time to make sure we don't need anything else. We slowly worked our way through the entire cocktail menu - always very well made, and delivered with a big smile and a friendly chat! Breakfasts at the rooftop restaurant were included and amazing - really a great spread and very well presented. The Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing! And they have crispy bacon and an egg station! The restaurant staff was always very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were all excellent! Super friendly and helpful, always willing to give advice or directions or organisie transport and when we came back after a day out, someone was always waiting at the door to welcome us back and ask about our day. I cannot fault a thing! Our room was beautiful and so comfortable! We had a large bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a separate toilet. Everything was clean and worked well - serviced and cleaned daily. The only slight criticism I have about the bathhoom was the lack of a shower door because the screen is super short, so when you shower, the water goes everywhere and we had to use our bath towels to wipe up the bathroom floor each time. Maybe a wider shower screen would solve the problem. The laundry service was cheap, super quick and done very well. Unlike most hotels we've stayed at in Asia, the bar fridge at this one was actually working great, so we always had ice cold drinks! We used room service quite a few times - always delivered very quicky, well presented and with a smile! The food was always delicious. Included in our stay was a 3 course dinner and it was absoluly delicious! A few new flavours and tastes (not being very adventurous eaters) were a bit challenging and we did not finish some of the food (felt very bad when we didn't), but the aromas were lovely and it was all so lovingly prepared and uniquely presented. So many staff checking in on us and serving us - we felt like we were the most important people in the restaurant! The hotel itself is beautiful. When you go through the massive front door, you're entering absolute serenity. Everything is so well presented and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is super close to everything but not right in the middle of the noise. It was the perfect balance for us. A short 3 minute walk gets you to pub street and all the buzz just around the corner! I would really recommend this hotel in Siem Reap and if I visit Siem Reap another time, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the lovely staff who looked after us and made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

- April 2022 I started my 3 week solo trip around Cambodia here and I was not disappointed. Firstly the staff are all amazing, from the reception who welcomed me after a long trip with a cold drink and treats and assisted me with setting up a new SIM card to the helpful and smiling faces in the restaurant. The room itself was so spacious and the bathroom was fit for a princess with a huge bath to soak in. The rooftop pool was perfect to relax and had great views over Siem Reap, especially at sunset. Breakfast, drinks, lunches and dinners were all outstanding in the restaurant. There are many tuk tuk drivers around if needed and the hotel is close to many attractions such as the night makers, river and Pub street. Thank you 🙏 ⭐️

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Staff very kind and attentive. We had a room upgrade on arrival. Good air-conditioning in the room, which was needed after a day visiting the temples. Nice roof top pool to cool down in with drinks being served to your sun bed. Breakfast had plenty of choice with a great egg cooking station along with noodle soup. We used the tuk tuks outside the hotels front door. Great way of getting round now the evenings.

Staff were amazing nothing too much trouble. Room was spacious and clean, lovely big bath and shower, clean towels daily, great air conditioning. Good breakfast selection plenty to eat, would prefer to be able to help myself to coffee rather than order a cup each time (but no big issue). Lovely clean swimming pool and sun beds. Great location easy to walk to pub street, Tuk Tuk always outside if you don’t want to walk, lots of great street food within 5 mins…. My only negative point would be the lack of air conditioning in the restaurant.

My room was terrific, it was huge and comfortable, with a separate couch in front of the TV. Bathroom was great with a huge bathtub. I didn't get a lot of hot water for the separate shower but that was the only minor issue in what was a great stay. The staff treats you like royalty, everyone greets you when you enter and the desk will always ask if there is anything that you need. They can arrange rides to the temples and will provide a boxed breakfast if you are going to Angkor Wat for sunrise. But there are also plenty of tuk tuks waiting outside. It is an easy 10 minute walk to Pub Street and there are small stores next to the hotel where you can pick up snacks and water (or beer). The Hari has a beautiful roof top pool next to the restaurant. Breakfast was also great. I would strongly recommend the Hari Residence to any friend or family member visiting Siem Reap.

You have to book your next trip to Siem Reap at this hotel!!!!!! The front office manager, Kim is the sweetest and hardest working person! She works 7 days per week and trains her staff really well!!!!! I informed the staff that this trip to Cambodia was part of my birthday travels. When I arrived, I was given some ginger tea and a small brownie. I got to my room and it was decorated with happy birthday on the bed! It was very cute. I had booked a twin room and since it was just myself, I got a free upgrade to a suite with a balcony! Check out was supposed to be at 12 but my flight wasn't until 7 pm and I received a free late check out till 3 pm! Unfortunately, my flight got delayed till 10 pm and I was given a room to rest until my driver picked me up at 6:30 pm. Kim and her staff provided me with the best birthday experience possible! The customer service here is the best I've ever received at any hotel I've stayed including at other 4 or 5 star hotels!!! If you ever have any requests or any flight delays, please let the staff know so they can try to accommodate your schedule! Please also remember to tip the staff for their hard work and amazing customer service in the tip boxes that go towards all the workers at the hotel! Thank you for making my birthday experience unforgettable!
