The new open-air lobby was fantastic, numerous of coconut trees surrounded. The room was great, the mattress was extremely comfortable. What a lovely breakfast? We loved the smashed avocado. The happy hours at the sky bar is a good deal, we enjoyed the one plus one drink as well as the dried buffalo snack. The hotel is plastic-free, we were gifted the refill aluminum water bottle. The complimentary laundry is good and they did perfectly well. If you're looking for the hotel to stay in siem reap, Jaya House River Park is the first choice and you'll not be disappointed. We can't wait to return to Jaya House.

Wow! I now know why people keep going back. Staying at Jaya House is an experience in itself. I knew immediately upon arrival I was up for a real treat. Attention to detail is of the highest standard. The location, design, setting, staff, pools, room - outstanding. The bed was like sleeping in the clouds. Everything is worth a special mention but I'd go on forever. You must try it for yourself - you won't be disappointed. Nothing quite like it!

Oh my God, What a discovery! This is my third visit to Jaya house, River Park. Without doubt the finest Western and Khmer food, vegan and vegetarian options that I have ever found in my travels. The staff, to bout, is phenomenal. And the green environment is so peaceful and relaxing. My last breakfast there was mashed avocado on hash browns with cubes of tofu and a sauce made of pistachio and cashew nuts that's unbelievable. Being free-flow, I asked for salmon,a white omelet, and gluten-free bread on the side.

My girlfriend and I have been in Siem Reap for a year due to Covid, last week we made a stop to see the Jaya hotel for the first time, just to give it a look, we ended up spending a beautiful afternoon watching the sunset from the terrace of its Sky Bar, we loved That the staff were very smiling and warm, they made us feel more than welcome. We are surely going for other cocktails this week, how cool it is to feel this good in a place. Totally recommended! The pork dumplings were delicious.

This was the first time we have been fortunate enough to stay at Jaya House and it most certainly will not be the last! Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted warmly and had our temperatures checked and hands sanitized, followed by a nice cold towel to freshen up with. The staff are genuinely so friendly and caring so we instantly felt at home. The whole 'stay' was so much more than just an overnight visit, it was such an amazing experience from arrival to departure. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the pool areas are both so relaxing, the room was cleaned regularly while we were out, the sky bar happy hour and sunset was lovely and the staff even provided a cake for my partners birthday! We cannot thank the staff enough for making this the best hotel experience we've had and we cannot wait to come back again!…

Thank you for the interest show and , yes ofcourse, we would LOVE to plant a tree in-your-name anywhere along the banks of the Siem Reap River (public areas)
We have now reached the total of 1500 3m trees planted with many of them much larger ! This has happened in the past 3.5 years.
Pictures on the internet will tell you how the river used to look like and also how it is today. The differences are staggering

Yes, there is a lift at the lobby to go to the 2nd/3rd floor (where the sky bar is) and also to the rooms.

Whilst we do not have a gym inside (research showed not many guests actually use it) we do have a partnership with a local gym in town for guests to use
We do have a lot of guests that actually use the riverside location as a running-exercise (jogging) path since thats rather feasible indeed
