Nice location and amenities in the hotel. Mr Sahil on the reception was very kind and helpful with our engagement celebration while we where there. The only thing that they can improve on it, was that they charge us for ice cubes, most likely in others hotels they provide you for free and even had their own ice machine

My friends and I celebrated my birthday in Ramada Hotel Tecom, nothing to complain about, but there are people that deserve a compliment. They give me complimentary cake, the manager got delivered it to our room. The lady receptionist was good in terms of answering our questions and she is very accommodating. The guy who reheats our food. Thank you to all the staff belongs to the Ramada Hotel. Too clean, too comfortable to stay, accommodating staff. 100%!!!
