We came to Dubai for a family holiday and stayed at Habtoor palace for 5 nights. We had a fantastic stay - the hotel itself is lovely with the room spacious with beautiful toiletries and bedding. But what really makes this place is the hospitality - from the front desk check-in to the impeccable service we received daily at our breakfast buffet. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff who greeted us and our kids with smiling faces and going out of the way to serve things that they might like to eat. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place more!!

The best stay I have had in Dubai. Love the location and the hotel is extremely comfortable.. feels like home. The staff are very supportive, special thanks to Adhil and Mohammad at guest relations. All my next stays will be with Habtoor palace.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely hospitable. The hotel is gorgeous and you feel like you walked into a palace. With the beautiful marble staircases cascading down the front lobby , it is amazing! Our rooms were very big and everything was plush and beautiful. The bathrooms were awesome and a very nice size . Raja took extreme care of cleaning our rooms and could not do enough for us. He greeted us everyday and works very hard. Beautiful marble floors throughout the hotel and rooms. From the moment we walked in the main entrance, Isaac greeted us everyday ( coming and going) with a smile and was very professional. Always made sure we had a car and welcomed us back from every day trip we did! Every morning we had the best breakfast spread! Anything you wanted and the servers could not do enough . The food was 5 star!! Giyan , Omaima , Suhail and Deb treated us like royalty while we dined. From special orders, all kinds of coffees, juices etc… they could not have been any more hospitable and were so respectful and a pleasure to see every morning!! Thank you to staff at the amazing pools too. When it is 105 degrees being in the water felt great! Until next time!! Thank you…

Hotel is magnificent and staff were amazing. Bellmen, check-in, housekeeping, pool attendants and restaurant staff were excellent. Always there to assist with anything needed and went above and beyond with service. Highly recommend. Breakfast buffet, spa and fitness were top notch

We stayed in LXR Dubai Habtoor in late May and it was one of the best experience I ever had. Hotel team, room service, food, team members near by pool area are all very friendly and nice that made our stay more memorable. French toast that manager recommend during our breakfast, pancake with smiling face also put very nice smile on my daughter as well as nice surprise in our room that housekeeping staff Shasank Amisha did were just a few things I remember Thank you all. What an amazing experience. The massage was perfection with very highly trained masseur. Decided to book a second massage as I just loved it. The pool staff Ranjit was very attentive to our need particularly when it came to Sorting out a sun bed for us also genuinely a very pleasant life guard. Jason manager of the pool was very engaging and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely felt like we had a personal service. The pool was incredible clean and well maintained and it was relaxing and quiet.
