I liked the hotel for its location. Near the metro, Mall, many grocery stores and cafes. The room is standard, but very spacious. Cleaning every day. You need to turn it on near the door (should it be removed or not). The room has a minibar (for a fee). I was glad that there was an iron, ironing board, kettle and tea and coffee. Drinking water is added every day. Breakfast is decent - oatmeal, scrambled eggs, vegetables, olives, sausages, cheeses and fruits. Tea and coffee, juices. There is a swimming pool on the roof, who is too lazy to go to the sea. It's not big, but you can sunbathe. There are sunbeds and towels provided. Open until 21.00. A bus runs to the sea at 9.00 and picks you up at 13.00. If you go a little further to the left (looking at the sea), there is a bar, a toilet and a shower with fresh water. Therefore, it is comfortable at sea. Sunbeds are paid. But we never used it because the sand is fine and it’s comfortable to lie down on. The farther from the bus stop the prices for sunbeds are cheaper. You need to ask.

I stayed at this elegant and well-maintained hotel in Dubai for around a month, and it exceeded my expectations. The beautiful environment made for a comfortable stay, and the convenient location near the metro station made getting around Dubai a breeze. The staff—Amit, Avinash, Bheem, Samiksha, Rabea, Vineet, Chef Manoj, and the entire housekeeping team—was incredibly kind and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The housekeeping team, in particular, was excellent, with daily room cleanups that kept everything spotless. Overall, my experience living here was exceptional.

Everything was comfortable, the service was always great. Sauraph , The cleaning guy was very friendly and always helped us with our room, we brought our bikes and they were really helpful keeping them in the luggage room and taking them out every time we needed them. Would definitely recommend! Room 302. Lakshmi from the reception was also great.

The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby metro and Mall of the Emirates. The rooms are good sizes. The reception staff is responsive. There is a transfer to kite beach. They take you there at 9:00 and back at 13:00 (you need to reserve a day in advance). The rooftop pool is small, but there are usually no people there. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. It feels like they are just making the bed and that’s it. There were 3 of us, when we checked in the room was not ready for three, we had to wait a long time for an extra bed to be installed (despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening and were tired). There were also no supplies for 3 people. There are no mugs in the bathroom. Instead of spoons, there are just wooden chopsticks, so if you decide to buy food in the supermarket and eat in your room, you won’t be able to. There were always only 2 towels for 3 people. Once they didn’t put it in at all, I had to constantly ask. Tea/coffee/water is constantly replenished without any complaints. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We only took breakfast, you definitely won’t leave hungry, but there is no variety at all. The hotel is already a little worn out, of course. I was left with a mixed impression, I’m not sure I would come back again

Day 1, 8th February 2024: Upon arrival at the hotel, I had booked a double room and requested a quiet location away from the lift, as is my custom. However, the initial room assigned to me had a noisy Aircon, reminiscent of a helicopter. Despite a technician's attempt to resolve the issue, it persisted, leading to a relocation to another floor. Unfortunately, this room also overlooked the lift, contrary to my initial request. Another wait ensued as we hoped for a suitable room allocation, but the ordeal was far from over.
The newly allocated room had a bed that appeared to be a double but was, in fact, two twin beds pushed together. We returned to the manager and requested a mattress change to eliminate the gap between the beds, to which the manager agreed. However, upon returning to the room later that night, we discovered that no action had been taken.
Day 2: In the morning, we once again requested the manager to change the mattress. However, he informed us that changing the mattress would require changing rooms again. Frustrated with the ongoing issues, we decided to leave for the day and signalled for the room to be cleaned by placing the blue light outside. Upon our return at night, we were shocked to find the room untouched and the cleaning staff seemingly unaware.
Angered by the poor service, we called the manager, who deflected responsibility to housekeeping. Growing increasingly furious, I demanded to speak with the GM, only to learn that the GM had already left for the night, as it was Friday. Left with no choice, the manager and the housekeeping manager reluctantly came to our room to apologize and offered yet another room change, this time with a true double bed.
With no alternative, we reluctantly began packing our bags to relocate to another room. Despite the challenges, the manager, Mr. Ajay remained steadfastly proud of his efforts with no empathy to our suffering. I demanded a refund for at least one night's stay to hold the hotel accountable and compensate for our inconvenience which was meant to prompt a change in their behaviour through a financial consequence, but the manager adamantly declined.
I will be checking out tomorrow, the 11th. To anyone reading, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is a complete waste of money, as it clearly lacks a focus on quality or customer satisfaction. The only they have is their location.

I stayed here for a week to prepare for immigration. Despite it being a 4-star hotel, I was able to stay there for about 12,000 yen per night because it was the off-season in May. Vinej, the Indian man at the front desk, is a fan of Japanese anime. It's a very good hotel and I recommend it.

The service is the best, you can see them carrying cleaning tools in the hallway or cleaning each room the entire day. I guess that's why it's always really clean inside. Also the food is DELICIOUS, i tried almost every single dish here and i have no complaints, i even felt like i didn't pay enough because of how big and tasty it was. And the staff workers are really nice, for example mr.Lakshmi.

Love the hotel, friendly staff we took the executive suite clean room 👍🏼 Great location next to mall of emirate 2 mins on foot Definitely I’m coming back and book with them
There’s one time on 12/7 the house keeping outdone themselves they cleaned the room so well they even arranged my clothes 🤣
There’s just couple of things I didn’t like First the refrigerator wasn’t cold although we told them to fix it but it still the same.
Second The parking is so tight you could hit one car or two even the ram to exit the parking is so narrow so be careful.
Third Didn’t like the way they put the Soap, shampoo & shower Gel They put it in a dispenser but if you ask for a soap they’ll bring it to you 👍🏼
Last but not least the Room service was terrible we ordered a club sandwich and they said there’s no Eggs, really? No eggs? You can just buy some from Carrefour it’s behind the hotel they said Only chicken and it was dry, the orange juice was a disaster there’s no taste it was like water

Stayed for 10days with my family. We arrived early morning at the hotel, tired and sleepy. Completely forgot to book the hotel one day earlier so that we can check in early. Laxmi helped us to book the room and manage to check in. Laxmi was every helpful and friendly during our stay. He attended to all our requests. Since Laxmi is on the night shift, Pranjal was there to assist us during day time. He printed our vaccination, PCR and Home quarantine documents for our travel. Even gave me advice on where to shop for souvenirs.
The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. Close to the Mall of Emirates and the Metro station. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel to Expo 2020 was very convenient. We saved a lot of money on transport because our visit was mainly to Expo 2020.
The hotel needs to improve on giving us better quality toiletries, the bath soap and shampoo was so bad that I need to purchase one. Other than that I will surely recommend it to others.

Outstanding staff: the cleaner Jaffa and receptionist Lashmi. Very attentive and always greet me with their greatest smile. Jaffa is always hardworking cleaning every room on my floor working from the time I left hotel in the morning till the time I returned to the hotel around night time. I hope the hotel recognize his effort and hard work and treat him well. Lashmi was very obliging and professional when I asked him to print out my PCR test result at midnight and very polite too. Checking in and out was hassle free and quick. Rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi are heated at perfect temperature during this cool season. I can even swim at night time without feeling cold at all. Breakfast was good and plenty of hot food. Staff are always attentive and polite. The only complain I have is the rooftop swimming pool window direction was facing East towards Burj Khalifa only, missing out the beautiful sunset in the west. Otherwise it would be amazing to be enjoy the great view from there. Highly recommended to people who enjoy shopping as Mall of Emirates, metro station and bus stops are just next to it. Look forward to my next stay.
