Very good taste food (theme dinners are a very interesting idea). The swimming pool and gym are a good option for spending free time. Schuttle bus for beach are a really good help :) all the best for the Customers!

We have booked a Dinner boat with Mr. Nimit Joshi at the Hilton Garden Inn. Mr. Nimit Joshi gave us fantastic advice and we could contact him directly in case of any problems on the boot. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail thank to Mr. Nimit. A very good employee. Jacinta saris Netherlands.

We booked 4 nights with our Hilton Honors 100000 points- Dont waste your points , the rooms are cheaper online. For the points all we got is the room and additional tax of $90/- No Breakfast. The Central Reservation Agents was courteous and put in a complimentary breakfast for all 4 days. To our surprise, when we checked in Anna the front desk Rep said she will have to check with her Superior if they can comp the breakfast. It took approx 4 hours , a lot of back and forth with a little heated communication , 1 am when Calvin called our room and said they would like to extend the breakfast for all four days. Not at all pleasant welcome.! I do need to give a shout out for the welcome cake with Happy Anniversary that was in our room and the beautiful towel arrangement by Viran - housekeeping. Chanaka was very helpful in hailing a taxi for us everytime we needed one. The rooms were pretty dated and dirty. The Hotel Manager could use some customer service training. …

We had a wonderful time at Hilton Garden inn Al Mina hotel. Breakfast and room is very good but the location is a little far away from the city center. Though we didn’t use the service of the hotel to beach and Dubai mall, this may be a good opportunity to join the life of the city easily. People at the Reception Desk was very friendly and kindly help us when we arrive early in the morning, and especially travel expert of meeting point, Nimit Joshi organized a perfect program for us and very dearly helped us in every question we asked, we owe special thanks to him for this perfect time we spent in Dubai.
