Luxurious and spacious rooms with stunning views, along with the hotel's unwavering cleanliness, contribute to a truly comfortable stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights with our two young kids (3 years old and 10 months old). The hotel is as good as the other reviewers say and service is better than anything we have ever experienced, everyone makes you feel special which we really appreciated.
Having young kids, we generate a lot of mess in our room - Krishna from housekeeping (11th floor) was awesome. The effort and detail he put into cleaning our room blew us away. He communicated politely with us about when we were leaving so he could ensure everything was perfect for us. I have never had a room serviced like that in my life, thank you Krishna!!
The concierge also helped us arrange a full day of private taxi to see the local sights and went out of his way to secure everything we needed, even negotiating the price. That day made our trip, again - service levels amazed us.
The only downside which of course can't be helped was location - for the type of holiday we wanted, we were a little away from the beach (20/30 mins cab depending on traffic). It's worth keeping in mind if you are looking at options but take nothing away from how amazing this hotel was.

Just back from a glorious 10 days at Raffles Dubai. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The hotel itself is stunningly beautiful, the rooms are huge and spotlessly clean. The pool area is relaxing and has a great pool bar where you also get some excellent food, the staff at the pool are attentive without being intrusive, keeping us well hydrated with free iced water throughout the day.
The choices at breakfast were fresh and varied with both al a carte and buffet choices, Khan looked after us particularly well every morning, polite and efficient, always making sure everything was perfect, it always was.
Our room was always beautifully serviced each day and in the evening little sweet treats, new slippers, water, tea and coffee were replenished, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The afternoon tea and evening drinks and canapés in the club lounge were excellent and the staff there exceeded expectations.
What really makes this hotel is the fantastic staff across the board, polite, friendly and efficient, nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely took pride in working at Raffles Dubai and it showed in everything they did.
We will certainly stay here again

We just completed a wonderful stay at Raffles Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are large, and the service is impeccable. From the lobby staff, maid service, and restaurant, you definitely feel like you are staying at a five star resort. A special shout out to Ashpar at the concierge desk. He was extremely helpful, making restaurant reservations, tour recommendations and reservations, and anything else we needed. The breakfast buffet is fantastic - a very wide selection of high quality food with a great staff. They have a really nice pool area, and a nice gym (although we did not use it).
The location is between the airport and the Mall of Dubai, so it is convenient for those reasons, although a bit further from the Palm island and Marina. Traffic in Dubai was very bad during our stay (late February) so pick your hotel location with that in mind. There is a mall (the Wafi Mall) connected to the hotel, which is convenient, but not much else within walking distance, so you will need to use transportation to get to most things.
I highly recommend this hotel. For what we paid (about $300/night with breakfast included), it was very much worth it.

the new pool area is already dirty, covers on the loungers could be better protected and cleaned immediately. No drinking from 1. Day at the pool but barely getting up is already cleared. At 2. Column of water orange pollution that looks like vomit. that doesn't scratch anyone , nobody sees that either. Furthermore, bathers are allowed to sit on the tables and armchairs in the pool area, the covers should be protected with a towel, otherwise stains of sunscreen everywhere. Drinking in the room was only for 2 people although 3 were paying guests. No wake-up call though announced. Then although the bill was paid the night before in the morning still new settlement despite stress on departure.

My wife and I often choose Raffles when we’re looking for a quick vacation, a rejuvenation or a special occasion, for its sophisticated approach, comfort, serenity and appreciation of the guests. Unfortunately, Raffles Dubai surprised us in a whole different way.
We booked for one night and opted for the Wellness Retreat Package and Club Room.
We arrived very early at the hotel, around 2:00 a.m. We were denied entry by the receptionist, Ayab, and asked for another reservation work for last night, unless we arrived too early, although I had contacted the hotel in advance by email and notified them of our early arrival time.
I tried booking by location Accor but the site could not Reservation me last day.
I asked the front desk to book for me, but they offered me a high price. After a while-long discussion, it lowered the price a little, then lowered it again after another discussion. It was like buying something at a flea market.
The receptionist and alternate manager gave our gold members no attention, were not mentioned or provided any features. They didn’t appreciate the extreme fatigue we were in, and they didn’t even give us water. The first of them was to pay the hotel more.
Stupid, ill-treated, and unprofessional, the hotel has been reduced. Our original booking was AED 1500 per night for the Wellness Package,
But after bad treatment at entry, the reservation was cancelled and a regular two-night room booked for AED 1,300.
Raffles Hotel Dubai in general is a very old hotel that does not upgrade to the well-known Raffles chain. For the hotel service level in Dubai in general, the hotel is below five stars. You always feel understated, like you’re in a 4- or 3-star hotel in Dubai.
If you''re looking for comfort, serenity, and a break from the hassle of the city, don''t be fooled by the Dubai Braffles, as it''s undeniably the worst choice.

This hotel will be one of my top five locations to stay while traveling the world. It is located in the WAFI neighborhood of Dubai. It is within walking distance of the Metro Dubai Healthcare City, which can easily take a person to downtown, the beach, and the Dubai Mall. It is a 15-minute ride to the Dubai Airport, making the hotel a very accessible and efficient location. The grand lobby entrance is very welcoming and fresh.
I will mention why I would stay at this specific five-star hotel for a second time. First, the tea service is divine. I highly recommend an appointment to have tea with the lovely staff, who serve an expansive array of hor 'oeuvres and accouterments. The Raffles Club was a pleasant surprise, and every evening, they have availability to have select cocktails and appetizers. But I must write that the in-room service is by far the BEST in-room delivery I have experienced of ANY 5-star hotels. The service team is remarkable. Mayank was especially significant in providing very prompt service and answering any requests. He is an excellent addition to the staff and service you expect while staying at a five-star facility. His manager, Kritika, has trained a superb staff for in-room service. The menu offerings for in-room service are so extensive that after staying at the property for an entire week, you cannot order everything on the menu. Lastly, the rooms are very comfortable and large, and even at some similar properties, a guest can feel cramped; however, not at Raffles Dubai!!

We selected Raffles Dubai because of the large room size (70sq/m) but were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed staying there. The staff were extremely courteous and on occasion went out of their way to help. This is an older hotel that was built in the seventies in an Egyptian theme (on the outside mostly) and it does look vaguely like a pyramid. There is an attached shopping mall with a supermarket and chemists ( medicine was very inexpensive). It’s a little out of the way of most of the big malls and theme parks but we found uber super convenient and less expensive than a cab to get around. There are lovely gardens to walk in after breakfast but I will note that there are rooms overlooking the freeway on one side of the hotel which you should not stay in because the noise when you open the doors to your very large balcony would be very loud. We were on a different side of the hotel and sat comfortably on our balcony watching the lights come on across Dubai at night. They had one of the best rain showers I have ever had and the bed was super comfy. If we transition in Dubai again this will definitely be where we stay.

Dear Moccaron, Thank you for taking the time to share your delightful experience at Raffles Dubai. We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of your room and appreciated the courteous service from our staff. It is gratifying to know that our Egyptian-themed architecture and the nearby amenities added to your stay. We understand your concerns regarding the noise from rooms facing the freeway. While some of our accommodations do have this orientation, we are glad you were comfortable in your chosen room with a serene view of the city lights. Your feedback about the rain shower and the comfort of the bed is much appreciated and will be shared with our team. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Dubai. Warm regards, Raffles Dubai

Raffles Dubai located near Wafi Mall was a short taxi ride from the airport. This was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel as our flight got in very late. The beautiful hotel was built like a pyramid, in line with the Egyptian theme of Wafi Mall. The room itself was great and we got an extra bed for one of the kids. The master bed was large though for us and our younger child. We had a large balcony with strong doors that blocked the noise from the nearby highway. We loved that the curtains opened automatically when the front door opened when we entered. The bathroom had both a bath and shower (water pressure was decent). The in-room slippers were good! The breakfast was tasty with a large selection of breads, cheese, dips, local foods and of course the classic eggs station. I particularly enjoyed the hummus with vegetable sticks and their muesli. The swimming pool consisted of a main pool and two smaller dipping/kids that were heated. Our room included Club Lounge access with afternoon high tea and evening canapés and drinks. We were very busy exploring the city so didn't manage to try the evening canapés nor the dinner that was included in our package. The service was overall very good. There was one blip where house keeping didn't pick up our laundry but it was immediately rectified when I informed them that we needed express service as we were flying out early next morning.

From the moment we arrived staff were very attentive and professional. We purchased a Luxury Escape package for 4 nights with Bonus inclusions such as Club Lounge package etc. We had our own Buttler which we didn't use and as soon as we left room someone had been and sorted out toilet paper into its fold, straightened up the towels put mood lights on etc etc... Breakfast and waitstaff was next level, I chose Egg Benny told it would be out in 7mins and I had a giggle with hubby and sure enough 7mins on the dot. Not only once but 3 consecutive days. Staff called cabs for us organized day trip to Aquarium and shopping center's all very English spoken and very friendly. Pool area lovely but drinks at pool bar pricey.

Having previously stayed a few times at Raffles The Palm I was keen to experience the ‘original’ version of the hotel in Dubai so a friend and I used the hotel as a base to enjoy both Dubai and attend the F1 race weekend in Abu Dhabi. Located a few kilometres from the airport the hotel has an excellent array of facilities to make one’s stay memorable. Starting with check-in I would like to recognise the outstanding professionalism of Luiza who represents everything great about the Raffles brand. Engaging, discrete and highly efficient throughout our stay we were most impressed by this charming young lady for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our twin Club room was made available to us early, on arrival. It was spacious, well laid out and luxurious. These rooms give guests access to the 10th floor and afternoon tea and evening canapés where the quality of food, presentation and service was first class. Another highlight was the spa and recently renovated pool area on the 4th floor which was immaculate and centred around a pool/pool bar with plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols. Particular mention should go to Ravi, the bartender at the pool who’s warm personality and attention to detail in looking after every guest made spending time there each day a treat. The hotel is located right next to the Wafi mall and handy for any provisions we needed. We hired a car during our stay to go back and forth to Abu Dhabi for the F1 weekend and onsite valet parking is complimentary for residents. Finally, the signature Raffles butler service ensured we wanted for nothing during our stay. I have stayed at more high profile (and expensive) hotels in Dubai, in better known locations like Palm Island and Jumeirah Beach; but Raffles Dubai is not outdone by any of these by reason of the genuine, professional and personalised service provided by the people who work here and whom seem proud to do so. Highly recommended and I will return with my wife early in 2024.

I do not think they are exactly the same, probably more choice and options on the paid afternoon tea. Saying that the afternoon tea in the club lounge was lovely and definately enough choice for us. Free flowing, hot or cold drinks also.
Yes kids are allowed upstairs and it’s a nice space for you and them. The staff are amazing and will bring you everything you need. The food is brilliant and a good selection of drinks too. Definitely worth it
