A big thank you to all the friendly, hard working staff at L'etoile Restaurant & Cafe for helping make our stay at Blue Beach Tower so enjoyable. The food was delicious and there were plenty of vegetarian options. All the staff looked after us very well and made a great effort with our two children. The location, the apartment, the convenience is unparalleled. For non vegetarians, even the breakfast would be a delight. You guys need to serve a vegetarian breakfast to match your standard, and that was the only downer for me. I wouldn't mind staying here every time I visit Dubai and thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. The staff was amazing too and they went all out to make our stay comfortable.

Would not return Stated in advance it was for our honeymoon, other hotels during our multi trip honeymoon had congratulated us on arrival, assured us we had the best room they could give us for the type we bought etc, zero of that on check in, we had a bloke barge into us as he left reception which didn’t help set a good tone. Followed by the laminate outside our flat being damaged and trip hazards all over the place as we enter room. We didn’t get to sleep the first night until 5am as there were car horns just beeping out the front all night and sometimes someone revving their engines, this isn’t the fault of the hotel but the rooms should be sound proofed enough to prevent this disturbing sleep. The bathroom was mouldy and the floor of the bath was falling through and not safe at all, we asked to move rooms twice and we were told there were no rooms as hotel was fully booked, yet I could still book this on booking.com! Concierge men at front of hotel always polite and friendly, one security was nice the others rude and wouldn’t smile. There was no plugs for phone charging. Ironing board but no iron Hairs in the bathroom and it was dirty. Noisy fridge and toilet with a cistern that sticks and goes into a mega noisy mode. If reception had helped us move room it may have been a different story but based on the room we had I would not return. It should not be called deluxe it should be called 2* motel.…

Excellent position in jbr, close to sea, everything was nice, perfect view, we had 2 bedroom apartment with huge living room and balcony. Pool is very clean and nice. In the reception guys was very quick and still smiling.

Our stay at Blue Beach Tower was excellent. Nice big apartment with very good beds and bathrooms. The staff is super friendly and they cleaned the appartment every day. The location on the Walk is perfect. it’s always busy on the Walk in Dubai Marina. Ther are lot´s of restaurants and cafe´s, and you can walk to the beach in several minutes. Parking is also really good in the garage right under the appartment. What we really liked was the breakfast at L´Etoille. Plenty of choice and genuinely friendly staff. Always a friendly smile and a talk. The tables were well cleaned. We can really recommended L´Etoile for breakfast in Blue Beach Tower!

We loved the very comfortable apatment and spacious apartment and heated pools located close to all facilities of Dubai Marina and JBR beach. However the best of our stay that made us to return in the future was the great hospitality, fiendliness and helpfulness of all staff we met. It was not the first time in this hotel and surely not the last! Great hotel, big clean rooms with all important equipment for cooking and chilling. Best location - everythins is very closed. Good helpful staff. Free parking. Everything is perfect! It was great experience for 3 weeks with my big family. We will return definitely!

We had a great time at Blue Beach Tower. Firstly, the apartment for our family of 4 was massive and very nice inside. It had a huge lounge with giant TV, 2 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large kitchen. We also had a balcony on the 20th floor which was great but not for the faint hearted looking down and we were less than half way up! The staff were very nice and very helpful and there were no issues with checking in, we were a little early so we had to chill by the pool for a few hours which was fine as the pool area was also good and had some shaded areas. The location of the hotel is perfect and the JBR beach was literally 5 mins walk away. The nearest metro is DMCC which is about 15 mins walk. We used the metro and taxis to get around which were cheap, but the Metro feels safer as taxi drivers can drive very fast. There is a supermarket in the hotel complex which is really useful for getting the basics in to use in the apartment kitchen. Overall I would definitely use Blue Beach Tower again as it was great value for what we paid for the room and the accommodation size was amazing. …

Me and my son are now back from a short but wonderful trip to Dubai and the best hotel in town. Pleasant, responsive, kind and always present staff. everyone from the reception to the entrance was super nice. Thank you Mr. Yasir who helped us with our delayed bag, thank you the gentleman whose name I can't remember for the help with the iron and thank you everyone else whose name I don't know. The cleaning was spotless, the room on the 15th floor well soundproofed, everything in the room was very good. Several elevators so you didn't have to wait long, we never ate at the hotel because there were several restaurants and cafeteria right outside the door. The location was great, close to everything, easy to get to the metro and tram. all in all a super good hotel with very nice staff. can recommend 100%. You guys are 10/10!…
