It was amazing experience and a lovely hotel we had the best time in the hotel the staff at the restaurant and the front desk everyone was very friendly and helpful and they have so many restaurants that you can eat it’s a good experience
SPECIAL RECOGNITION: Waleed (Arboretum) and Sanya (Al Qasr beach) - two special people, seemingly very genuine, deserving of all the prosperity that comes there way. Thank you for making our stay so special - Waleed with our kids was something to behold, he & they shared a special bond during the stay and Sanya couldn't do enough for us during our stay - very special. Because of these two primarily, we want to return same time in 2022. We stayed from 15th December through to 26th December in an Arabian Deluxe room (city line view - which was beautiful btw...better than sea view I'd surprisingly say) at the Al Qasr hotel, part of the Jumeriah group of hotels on that lovely stretch of man-made beach :) shared with The Address (new hotel yet to be completed), JBH, Burj Al Arab, Al Nasseem, Mina Al'Salam and so on. The stay was brilliant - we, like all of us, needed a true holiday away from our country (UK) and wanted two things, sun & service. Dubai and especially Al Qasr, did not disappoint. We have 2 x young kids. This hotel, in fact stretch of hotels, caters for singles, couples, business and families alike and somehow manage to do it in a way that everyone is happy it seems. Lots of space, lots of options - spoilt with the same consistent attentive service throughout the large resort. For our family, this was a great stay. We used Sinbad's kids' club most days - limited to 2-hours so the parent guilt doesn't set in - it allowed for the parents to get 2-hours of beach walks and unhindered sun (I went to Emirates Mall one of the days in that time which is 5 mins away by taxi) and more importantly the kids to enjoy themselves. We were nervous our kids wouldn't take to it as we hadn't done a kids club before.....they loved it. No hanging on to us, not even goodbyes - just straight in from second 1. Astonishing. The ratio of carers to kids was high and the creativity (as much as exercise) the kids experienced was immense. Front of house & concierge were both very accomodating - we came off the back of a night flight (the kids hadn't slept....so yeh, scene set right) - Al Qasr front of house managed to find us a room but I will say we weren't expecting it; it's rare in Dubai that rooms are available before the 1-3pm time period, so maybe we got very lucky. We were super impressed and very grateful none the less as the kids were stretched the most they'd ever been. The food - I could do a review on this all in itself but aside from Pheng He's which was the only restaurant to disappoint (will explain) - everything else was truly great. Due to covid we needed to eat breakfast each day in either Aboretum or French Riveira restaurants, which are Al Qasr's. This did NOT feel like a restriction, both were brilliant. Aboretum with international buffet everyday and it's own bakery and French Riviera was Al A Carte service...both highly recommended. Quality undeniably high quality. Each meal during rest of days was split across all the beaches and restaurants shared by the other hotels. #variety RECOMMENDATION: do half-board minimum, more if you can. Oh and also, kids under 4 get food for free from the kids menu....they do NOT tell us this voluntarily at front desk which was an annoyance on the 2nd to last day of our stay otherwise we would have done a lot more of that for the kids and save a lot of money. The kids menu's are great, big portions and for all little pallets, they loved it. On Pheng He's experience, I booked a special outdoor table for our wedding anniversary and instead of putting us in the obvious place with the view of Burj Al Arab, they put us around back with a view of a bridge a palm trees. An oversight on their part. It was our second to last dinner during our stay and meant to be our most special. No biggy but, disappointing given the notice I'd given the team. All in all - we're regular's at this Jumeirah stretch of hotels for a reason and this holiday exceeded our expectations. This was our first time at Al Qasr and we will stay they again, same time, in 2022 and probably include New Years Eve. I just wish I hadn't booked all these stays with Jumeirah over the years via travel agencies as I'd have a lot of loyalty points with them by now. Frankly the deals are cheaper via agencies though sadly. Thank yo Al Qasr, you were great. Highly recommended. Please look after Waleed and Sanya.…
Amazing stay 3rd time this year, Manuj and his colleagues working poolside were great looking forward to returning in 2 weeks with the family. All staff amazing lots of things to do restaurants are great also.
The property is huge and offers a lot of stuff to do. The private beaches are gorgeous and the entire stay experience is just fantastic. Food is amazing and the buggy and abra services are excellent. Our stay was short so we couldn't explore much but would definitely go back for another vacation just to stay here and experience all of the attractions offered on the property itself.
Charged twice on reception for extras, We must wait money half a year. They told twice that is evrything ok with charged. So than we didn.t get any apologize. Mw daughter was cut inside the pool by the broken tile...also nofing...again without apology. In the lobby they want to charged 3 more glasses of wine wich we do not drink, because the two bottles were spoiled. We must also to negotiate for this like We must to negotiate for 3000 euros wich was double charged for extras...
