Loved the hotel. Loved the service. Loved the pool the rooms and loved the gold lounge. Vaibhav and Allen were amazing. Food was great, little India was our favourite. Will we come again. Yes 100% to be honest the stay was faultless. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast and dinner with our half board was great every night. When we went out the hotel arranged taxis etc. Room was spotlessly clean daily. Location was great walking distance to other hotels and beach parties ( if you want them) but far enough to not hear them. There was a wedding at the hotel during our stay and other hotels sometimes can't cope with a normal day plus a wedding and the service sometimes drops but this didn't happen and service remained flawless.

We stayed at Fairmont The Palm and had such an amazing stay. Our suite was luxurious and comfortable with great views of the Palm. This hotel has a great location as you enter onto The Palm. We loved the walkway by the beach which felt like walking in LA towards Venice beach with an array of beach clubs and eateries all the way. Great vibe and energy. Having Nakheel mall a stone throw away was a great location. Nur the duty manager and Hussein were simply wonderful and ensured our stay was comfortable. We also spoke with Aswan upon our departure - super nice guy! It was great speaking with Mary from concierge - She greeted us with her wonderful charm. John from the Flow kitchen helped us during breakfast. A real gentleman. The pool area was great and we loved adult only designated pools. Little Miss India was great Indian cuisine. Loved the tamarind margaritas! Thanks to the team for a world class stay. …

I think I got only one word for the palm,... It's WOW... Wow to the food and I emphasize this WOW TO THE CUSINES there I loved the food at the palm thank you for the experience. And thanks your stuff like those who received me... I think the name was John in the lounge. Truly agreat experience.

Kangkana was more than helpful during our stay with nothing ever being too much trouble for her a credit to the hotel. She was always cheerful whatever the circumstance. This is an example of why we always use this hotel in Dubai. All the staff are always friendly and some credit must be given to the training programme which seems to be a major success.

It was a quick week of sun. We wanted good food, relaxation and a nice hotel. Boxes ticked on all fronts. Sadly, there were a few issues. Check in was a disaster. At 3am, our room wasn't ready/available and we had to stay in an alternative room with an assurance that our room would be changed the next day. We weren't able to unpack and relax, instead we had to call reception the next day to find out when our room would be ready and the whole drama was actually just unacceptable. Your reception staff didn't really seem to care. At 3am, after a long flight, we were left furious. It wasn't a good start. Relaxing was an issue as well given the noise coming from the neighbouring hotel. Other than that, the staff (other than reception), were excellent. The restaurants were superb, again, with brilliant staff and the rooms were immaculate.…
