The rooms were clean and comfortable, the foods are amazing, and every staff member we encountered were delightful and eager to help. Special thanks to the nice gentlemen at the cafe and restaurant. The Mercure hotel is very nice and modern. The service is amazing and the rooms are stunning!! Kashimsab from concierge is very helpful and kind and he gave a us a very good tour. Location is very good!

I am staying in Mercure hotel apartments. I had ordered some item on internet and went down to recieve it. I did not have cash, thought I would pay by card. When I went down, I found out the delivery person was not accepting cards, it was only cash on delivery. I was stuck. Thankfully, the concierge in duty, Mr. Qasim came to my rescue. He offered to pay the guy, saying I could return him the money later. I would like to congratulate Mr. Khaled AL Massarey for inculcating such high service standards in his staff. Thank you, Mercure Hotel.
