The Location is perfect. Area is very good. Just opp to metro station. Grocery store is nearby as well. The staff was very nice specially the restaurant staff. We had a kid and they prepared all kid meals and didnt charge for it. Also chef supported in all ways for veg meals.

I am very happy about my stay! A big thanks to All your staff. In particular Mr Hadmed, Alex, Khaled, Ahmed, Ei Ei, Tyoti, Krisnna, Abu Bakar, Mausami, Asbin,Raj, Ramzy,Amro,Grunjan. I dont remember the name of all the beautiful staff that assisted us during our stay but also a big thanks to the gentleman that prepare omlette during the breakfast and to all waitress, receptionist and security guys. Thank You ALL! I need to add that room was perfectly clean and the dinner/breakfast was amazing. Receptionist , cleaning service, security team , weatress, cookers are very professional and extremely kind.

I really appreciate my stay in NOVOTEL and the service of housekeeping assitant manager Bijay(Aslam). I recommend this hotel which offers many facilities such as gym, spa, pool etc and the metro station is just next to the hotel. Great!

I visited Novotel- Al barsha near Masreq recently and had amazing experience and memorable stay. The team called Sherry was very supportive and kind. I wanted to surprise my husband on his birthday. Sherry and her team took initiative to arrange surprise decor and cake for him. Also the room was very spacious and view was just amazing. All team members- Sherry, Anastasia, angel, Hana, Raj all were kind and humble. Overall my stay was excellent. Only the room for improvement was room service couple of time they delayed to assist. I would definitely recommend and would visit again.

Worst hotel experience There is no room for us to check at 3pm. I finally got a room at 5:30pm which is very unprofessional. The room service is slow which every request needed at least 3 call to complete. I am very disappointed to the service and never consider Novotel anymore.
