What is the backbone of hospitality industry? Courtesy, professionalism and cooperation! Unfortunately and surprisingly all three above pillars in this hotel were sorely missing. Very unprofessional staff and have no curtsy at all 0 professionalisms please do not stay here . That say sir it’s not a five star hotel and we do not have all service and people . PLEASE DO NOT SATY HERE . The GM gives the commitments and cannot fulfill the same . I would not recommend to any one stay here . Disgusting and pethatic hotel .

Fortune plaza hotel in Dubai internatinal airport area is a small 3 stars hotel very reasonably priced and provides some how reasonable services. I had to stay for one night in this hotel as I needed a hotel that is close to Dubai Interntional hotel. I like the fact that they provide free parking as it’s really difficult to find parking in Dubai. It’s a good value for money hotel.

Stayed there for 2 nights as I was flying in/out of Dubai via terminal 2... A 3 star joint which could be better maintained .... the rooms are average sized but stuffy... the housekeeping could be better ... they have a good pub, freddys and a good south Indian restaurant Tharvad....
