An amazing place to visit and stay! I loved everything about Al Bustan Hotel & Residence: great room, impressive service, excellent breakfasts, perfect location (very close to the metro station), good shopping center, awesome McDonald's, wonderful and really attentive and super helpful personnel! The hotel is conveniently located to Al Nahda metro station. We stayed in a double studio for a fortnight and enjoyed it a lot. The room was well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a well-designed kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Cleaning service was every day and very good, proper breakfast was served in the same building and walking there is a pleasure for the eye: so many beautiful dresses are displayed in the windows of the shops. We were not bored with the variety of dishes there. The laundry service was also very decent. Daily free transfer to the beach was also a big advantage Any concern or question was quickly solved at the reception desk, big regards to all the receptionists, and especially to Zaid and Khaly-they were the ones I turned for help more often. I can recommend this hotel to anyone, who wants to feel themselves like at home and enjoy hospitality and support of the staff. Will return here for sure.…

i stay at Al Bustan hotel and Residence on monthly basis when ever I visit Dubai. The hotel is very comfortable, well maintained and the staff are very responsive. i love staying here as it makes my stay comfortable, enjoyable and secure. Hygiene is a plus factor. I am impressed in particular at the services rendered by the Room Boys I deal with, namely - Subash and Htun and their house keeping supervisor Pradosh who are efficient, polite and service with a smile at all times.
