Good location very close to AL Nahda metro Station, linked to a shopping mall and big super market is available in same building.Services: Excellent service, free shuttle to Mamzar beach, Free Laundromat service at the hotel, amazing gym area as well nice swimming pool. Rooms: rooms are very clean and comfortable, with full cooking facilities / equipment’s .Staff: Very accommodating professional and friendly staff , prompt response in rectifying any request.Restaurant Food is delicious with different varieties that is suitable for international travelers.

I lived in the hotel more than 3 years. I know everything about professionalism of all hotel’s stuff. Your trip, holiday, vacation starts from:
1. Reception
This is an intelligent team, every time helps with any questions, everyone shows respect to you. Explain everything about all facilities, locations and wish you to enjoy a good time during your stay in the hotel.
2. Housekeeping
Every 2-3 days you will have a team who takes care about cleaning and comfort inside your room. Check and clean everything and everywhere.
3. Management
This team every time takes care about your stay in the hotel. You can meet a duty manager in any part of the hotel and be sure about help. Responsibility and respect from their side to you are guaranteed.
4. Bell boys
You can leave your luggage and be sure that in a short time you will receive all of your items.
5. Food court
You can buy very delicious and tasty food with a good discount. Menu is changing every day.
Very good location. Only 2 minutes from metro station Al Nahda (green line), bus station (more than 6 different routes to all regions).
Inside the building you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, McDonald’s and a lot of atm machines.

It was an wonderful event hosted at Al Bustan Residence Al Nahda Hall. Hospitality by the F&B team were awesome and they were very supportive. From the beginning till the end of the event, F&B team was presented and available for assistance and it made us very happy.
Very clean and nicely arranged seatings, decorations etc made us more confident to conduct more such events with Al Bustan especially with this team in upcoming months.

I stayed at the hotel for a sporting event at the nearby Centre for People of Determination. My room was very comfortable and clean, it came with everything you need including bathrobe, toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen.
The food in the restaurant was amazing, there was always plenty of variety and the staff were incredibly helpful. Every evening there was always an additional station with a special food, they had pizza, fajita's, shawmer, fish and pasta.
All in all it was a great stay and the staff were so very kind, friendly and helpful

Housekeeping and staff were courteous and hospitality was excellent. Nasariya and Brij from house keeping were outstanding in their work. Buffet Menu taste was not at par with the hotel standards. They offer free laundry (washing) which is a value added service.

All the staff are really very good and cooperative in nature. Especially the house cleaning staff and in the breakfast area in morning, especially Mahendra, Narayan, and Vivek are really doing their work with honesty and dedication. I asked them to do the cleaning in the morning after that they use to clean in the morning and I am very happy.
One thing which I don’t like is that on reception I sent two documents for printing and they were mentioning 5 AED per page of print which really not good especially for the people who are staying since long or for long-duration and even for less duration as well. I believe sometimes small things make your guest happier….

We had a great stay here for 10 days for the Para World Championships. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. We had 3 meals per day served at the hotel and the area was always clean with attentive staff. shivang was our housekeeping attendant and kept our room perfectly tidy and filled any requests we had. I recommend staying here if you’re ever in Dubai. Pradeep was the supervisor and even checked in to make sure we were satisfied.

My friends and I were at the Al Bustan Hotel in early March. I want to note that the hotel is very cozy, convenient location, beautiful. I was very pleased with the presence of a swimming pool, the water is always clean and very comfortable temperature. We spent every morning in the pool. Also a special thanks to the employee by the pool, a very friendly, responsive and kind person! We are very happy with the rest.
