This is my favorite hotel in Dubai. For hosting a corporate group is just perfect!! Excellent location, staff very warm that makes you feel at home. Breakfast is amazing as well as the quality of the restaurants. Sales team and General Manager are the BEST!!!!

The staff at the Ritz Carlton were amazing they could not do enough for us. Hairah, Sofia,Darwin,Daniel and Kartek in the club lounge were fantastic. Bayu and Hanna in the lobby bar excellent every time The Staff at the adults pool - in fact all the staff were simply outstanding we apologise if we have missed anyone. The staff looking after our room kept in immaculate. A huge thanks from Mary Ann and Alistair!!

Being already many times at this property I have to say that it’s always a pleasure to return. High appreciation as being an Ambassador with Marriott Bonvoy. The room has all amenities which are needed , the bed is absolutely comfortable and the whole property is spotless clean despite the age. All restaurants are recommendable and serve delicious food. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and all of them go the extra mile. Special thank you goes to Karla, Sofia, Rafnas, Suman and Gamal from the front desk. As well to Sanu, Natalia and Christian from the Italian restaurant Splendido. Also Win from the breakfast went the extra mile by preparing a very special fruit platter for me. We will definitely be back soon.

Yamal & Fikri are very attentive. Yamal did go out of his way really ensure my food was to my liking. Staff make a great impact on the entire experience. Thank you Yamal and keep up the good work. This is leading without a title. Menu still has room to be improved.

Just back from our first stay at the Ritz and it certainly exceeded our expectations! What an amazing hotel, with excellent service from ALL of the staff, fabulous food and a great location on a large private stretch of Jumeirah beach. We loved the gardens and pools, and chilled in the Le Baie Lounge with cocktails and food. Fantastic service was had from all the incredible staff at the hotel. Loved having breakfast at the Caravan, Mojitos at Le Baie and our food highlight of the week was the Saigon Social at Blue Jade. Lovely comfortable room on the 4th floor, with a great sea view. Our only disappointment was not getting to the spa, our fault as enjoying outside to much !!! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for our amazing holiday, we can’t wait to go back !!
