This hotel located in the heart of Dubai. This was my first time in this country. I truly enjoyed my trip and my stay at this hotel. Every morning when I returned from breakfast my bed was made and all garbage was removed from my room. The housekeeping professionals Mr. Zeeshan and Mr. Sukhram were very hospitable, courteous and attentive. Mr. Zeeshan provided detail attention to ensuring my room was clean, as my stay was for more than 10 days. He changed my sheets, wrote a note of encouragement with two swans and rose petals sprinkled all over the outlined towels. Mr. Sukhram, as the lead housekeeper would also take the time to check on me to ensure my stay was happy and cozy. I truly felt like royalty as both gentlemen's professional attention made me feel welcomed. I will recommend that all of my friends stay at this hotel. The dining staff is also very hospitable and attentive. As a partial vegeratarian, I enjoy the Indian cuisine provided during brunch. The manager explained that the hotel provides Indian Cuisine from the Northern and Southern part of India. Every morning I always looked forward to the delicious cuisine provided for all to enjoy.
Mr. Mohammed, the gentlemen who has a small convenient shop in the hotel provides great clothing and accessory collections. His prices are very reasonable and I always look forward to seeing him every morning as I browse through his shop to find jewelery, purses, and even the robes to go to the mosque. Thank you Mr. Mohammed, Mr. Zeeshan and Mr. Sukhram!!! You have made my first visit to Dubai enjoyable and memorable.

This was Tina’s 7th stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers and Clare’s 2nd!
Retuning to the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and Towers was like returning to our 2nd home. From the greeting we received from the concierge Sahid on our arrival and the welcome at reception. Francis was very helpful as always. Thank you 💙
Breakfast in the Hatta Breakfast Room was always tasty, with so many choices to suit everyone. The staff were very polite and helpful. Khaled and Ashok certainly made sure we had everything we wanted. Their attention to us was second to none. With us both being disabled, there was always someone on hand to carry our plates to the table.
The Lifeguards by the pool, Santos, Jamal and Branson were always on hand to ensure we were safe getting in and out of the pool. Moving our parasol regularly during the day to ensure we had sufficient shade. Their attention certainly ensured our stay at the hotel was very safe & memorable.
‘By the Bay’ staff couldn’t do enough for us. Khaled, Suresh and Navid, were always very attentive, and their help added to our enjoyment.
‘The Chelsea Arms’ – Sahil, Aient, Johnson, and again Navid were great fun. Always friendly, polite, and professional! They again, couldn’t do enough for us. Simply the best!
Housekeeping – Kept our room spotless, and the attention they took providing the towel art birthday cake, and balloons on Tinas birthday was a lovely surprise.
We really can’t say enough about this wonderful hotel and their staff. Always polite and welcoming. We will be back.

Sheraton didn’t disappoint my expectations! We booked the Junior Suite Creek View on 31 December 2024, and it was really a perfect view of the fireworks from Dubai Frame, Burj Khalifa, and Al Seef. Our booking also includes Club Lounge access in which we tried their Afternoon Tea and Happy Hour where they also serve alcoholic drinks. For the Afternoon Tea, the sandwiches, fruits and desserts were great my daughter loved the sandwiches but hopefully they will provide more options for pastries soon😊. For the Happy Hour, the sparkling wine and juices were great, the food are somehow cold but it still taste good, and looking forward to more options too. Minors are also welcome as long as accompanied by an adult. Having perks of club lounge is really worth it! We also tried their In-Room service and got their Buy 1 Get 1 pizza offer at it was really delicious! In the morning, the breakfast buffet is located in their Hatta Restaurant. They really have wide variety of food selection plus their pastries were really delicious too and are freshly baked. There are also wide variety of drinks like milk, juices, smoothies, coffees, and teas. They even serve yogurts too. I also like to commend some staffs who have been so accommodating and helpful to us, Ms.Jane, Mr.Anju, and Mr.Eduardo from the reservations for assisting us with our reservation inquiries and requests. To Mr.Francis from the conceirge who have been so helpful and accommodating in assisting with our luggage and provided more bottled water for our family. To Ms.Jona in Club Lounge for being so considerate in asking what drinks we need. And of course to all staffs that we unfortunately forgot to ask their names from receptionist, dining staffs, club lounge staffs, and housekeeping, thank you so much for making our New Year 2025 relaxing and memorable! 😊

This was our second visit to this hotel, right from the time of check in to leaving after our week’s stay the customer service was exceptional from concierge, front desk, restaurants, pools, and housekeeping. I have a food intolerance and gave the hotel the information about this and this was communicated to all of the restaurants in the hotel and they were happy to cater for me with a smile with no hesitation. Breakfast was a pleasure with so much choice for us and nice seating areas with helpful staff; Rohit, ensured that we were cared for. Evening meals were taken in Vivaldi and were prepared for my dietary needs by head chef Saul and cooked to perfection by chef Mrinmoy. Able, assistant manager greeted us daily and ensured we were well looked after by the team. Cleaning of the rooms was done by Ganga who ensured rooms were cleaned to an excellent standard. Ibrahim and Tariq assisted us with taxis, and also took our shopping to the room when needed; excellent service. It was my birthday and Diwali while I was there. I had also recently retired. Room was beautifully decorated for Diwali, and for my birthday I had a lovely surprise of goodies. Will definitely return when we come to Dubai. We recommend a creek view room as good views of the Burj, Frame and the Creek Massive thanks to Able, Saul, Pushparaj,Mahmoud Beheiry, Ankit, Sneha, Rohit, Mina, Tariq, Ibrahim, Mrinmoy, Ganga, Zhanar Front desk manager. 😀😀😀

Before checking in, I came by to drop off some gifts for my girlfriend which I would’ve liked to be set up in the room. The staff did a beautiful job and set everything up prior to the stay and even printed our airport picture and placed it before we got there.
Upon C/N the room was upgraded despite being an associate, which i found very kind. The room itself and the view are all very amazing with a lot of small and cool features. The towel Art with the many flowers that was set up looked great and showed true effort!
The pool area is sunny and comfortable with a clean and nice pool, especially the evening times are nice. The view from the pool is a little closed, but we assume that it is to keep privacy from the people walking by the creek.
As far as the F&B outlets, we only consumed breakfast daily at the Hatta during the stay. The food selection is very large and delicious with switching items on a daily basis, so we had plenty variety throughout the stay. Especially the breakfast staff wowed us every morning with their energy, kindness and assistance. They recognized and greeted us every morning with special mentions to Ms Megha who delivered outstanding service.
The reception team has been very helpful, as well as all concierges and valets. Mr Shahid assisted us many times and was very present opening doors, delivering luggage and so on.
Overall the only points of improvement would be some dusting of the furniture in some rooms such as nightstands, maybe some upgrade of the gym facilities and better wifi by the pool. A less closed view from the pool is understandably difficult to have but would make a great scene.
The staff service was a 10/10 and truly amazing.
If I had to rate, the hotel would be a 9 or 9.5 out of 10, with the minor things above being the only things to mention.

I've been staying at this hotel since the early 1980's, and chose it again for my first post-Covid visit to Dubai.
I much prefer the Deira area to the newer, glitzier parts of town and an evening stroll along the Creek always reminds my why.
The rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable and the view of the Creek, the Frame and Burj Khalifa in the distance just can't be beat. However, the real stars are the hotel's employees who never fail to impress with their warm customer service. While I enjoyed all my encounters, I want to give a special shoutout to Sibi Mathew, assistant manager of housekeeping and Ganga, who serviced my room on a daily basis. I really appreciate how Sibi went out of his way to find me a very quiet corner room and checked up on me every few days.
I still highly recommend this property and hope to return once again in the near future.

We stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek from 08/29/23 to 09/02/23. During our second day of stay our kid had an accident at the Dubai mall that pretty much left us hotel bound. During this time it was the friendly staff at the hotel that made sure we had a memorable experience. The love and care they showered on us was truly amazing. Special mention to the following people 1. Francis from the concierge who always greeted us with a smile and was ready to bring the wheelchair our son needed to the room and also escort him around the hotel. 2. Maria, Christine & Megha from the lounge who were very kind and courteous and ready to help us with any special meal request considering we had a kid with nut allergies. 3. Apurva from the front desk who made us feel welcome and answered any query we had. 4. Chef Ty who ensured that there was no nut contamination in the food and also providing us a custom breakfast on the day of our travel.
All in all our family enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek and we will recommend this place to all our family and friends.

We felt extremely comfortable at the Sheraton Creek Hotel. Great value for money. Perfect central location. Subway 5 minutes walk away. Staff very attentive but not pushy. Breakfast is enough for the whole day. The rooms are cleaned perfectly every day and have a great view of the creek. We stayed for 7 nights, arriving at 3.30 am due to a delayed flight. Staff were very efficient from the moment we arrived such that we were in bed sleeping by 4am! The restaurant for breakfast is well appointed with an outstanding selection of food options, including an egg station. There have been several new staff members since our previous stay & they were clearly integrating well into the team & providing superb service to guests. We really enjoyed some of the Indian food selections, some specially prepared for us by Arul or Tyre Poon. Diners can enjoy breakfast either indoors or outside by the pool. Rooms are well appointed with all the essentials and are serviced daily. The Executive lounge provides great service & facilities - it is worth paying the extra for a room with executive lounge access if you are not eligible by your Marriott Bonvoy status. Staff working in this lounge are outstanding. The food and beverage selection is excellent and always the highest standards of food hygiene & safety. The swimming pool has sufficient sunbeds that we were always able to get one when required.
