Very welcoming team , very Amazing view, you enjoy the night view of Dubai, Burj khalifa, excellent restaurant..... excellent Bar !!! It's amazing !!! Very hig end standard. Room with balcony, sea and city view. If I'm not exaggerating, the lobby is one of it's kind, the colour combination, the bar , the coffee area etc....

This is an amazing hotel! Totally new, with all the amenities you would expect… or dream of. Gorgeous pool, with great service, from Sally (Lebanon!) Than (Myanmar) and our friend from Nepal whose name we just couldn’t remember, Dutchies as we are. Sorry! You guys made this an unforgettable couple of days. We ll be back!

Address grand creek From the minute you stepped into the hotel, you can easily know the main factor of success. Here is the staff. I was checked in by Ali and the front desk who was super professional and nice, and was welcomed by nice lemonade by ghuofran. I booked a premium room for one night stay unfortunately, although there are more spacious rooms with terrace, but I preferred to be downgraded for a deluxe room to have higher floor with a smaller balcony. Honestly, I liked the layout of the deluxe room more than the premium. During the process of changing the rooms, Ali and Ashraf was super helpful. Location wise the hotel is a Nouf Area in Dubai, where most of the retail and dining isn’t open yet, but the hotel itself is nice . Rooms are in you and well-kept. Bathrooms are very nice. Unfortunately, no lightening in the balcony so you cannot read if you are a book fan. But the view over the creek is amazing day and night Dine in : I’ve ordered cold mazza, cheese samosa and on ali as a dessert unfortunately, too much overpriced and the quality was too poor. Breakfast: great variety you rarely find anywhere. Again though the quality wasn’t consistent. I had very pood Balaleet! So were the baked items werent special. But the staff were wonderful. There is lovely creek viewpoint outside the hotel dont miss going there and take photos. Check out with Kareem who was so nice but highlighted to me when he saw a water bottle in my hand that its chargeble 🤨 i mentioned to him that i consumed the others because it wasnt mentioned! He said i can consume them but not take the bottle away and each is 75 aed!! I paid the amount since i had my vitamens already in the bottle and have to take it but big shame in the hotel! Please next time keep the normal plastic bottle so we shall not get confused!…

Excellent service! I’ve stayed in many Address Hotels around Dubai and this is definitely one of the best service we’ve ever experienced. Keep up the good work. From the moment we got out from our cars, to the smooth check in experience and a very helpful and accommodating staff (Joniper) the Filipino guy, to the wonderful staff of the Club lounge Aude, and another guy (I didn’t get his name) to the nice housekeeping team (Janardhan and Prabin). We’ll definitely be coming back.

Very bad management and treating people below any professional standard. lost of art of management. Unprofessional conduct, below any hospitality standards. I’m really sad to the address reach such a level. Front desk, housekeeping, despite i have reached out to them over two weeks none of them helped to solve problems or even show any kind of care. I’m professionally disappointed that’s why I advise you to avoid this property until we see better management and better care which is the most normal expectation.
