The newly built hotel is fantastic! With amenities such as a gym, pool, sauna and spa, you’re truly provided with a range of services to enjoy a bespoke trip. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast service was fantastic-offering a range of hot and cold foods and beverages.
I loved my stay at the Holiday Inn and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

What a lovely hotel. It's new and very modern. The staff are fantastic especially the breakfast crew. Rooms are very clean and properly serviced nothing is a problem of you need extras like towels ,drinking water or coffee and sugar. The IT department spent two days sorting my internet connection with my playstation and as a gamer I feel they went out of their way to help and it meant a lot . Over all a great experience I would definitely go back. Thanks to all the staff from the reception to the chefs you made my stay very pleaant

We had a wonderful stay in Holiday Inn and Suites, Science Park. The room that we booked was a standard room but it was so spacious, the bed was so comfortable specially the pillows ( I swear I even spoke to reception if I can buy one😅 lol ). The hotel staffs were so amazing, starting from the helpful valet attendants, to the hardworking housekeepers who made sure our room was clean and tidy also to the cheerful and attentive F&B staffs during the breakfast, you can truly say that you’re indeed at home. Shout out to Mr. Chris and Ms. Daisy from the reception who made sure that we get the room on time and also politely listening and answering to all our queries these two shows the example of true hospitality. Special thanks to the FO Manager, Freddie who met us during the check in and out. He ensured that we had a nice stay.
In short it was a short but sweet, memorable stay.🫶🏼

This hotel staff dont know what is hospitality means, for your location you must to do better! We booked by Expedia platform our stay for 5 days costs 1,600$ it means a day of stay 300$, so we were sure we have breakfast and dinner, as for this price we can book room bigger then they give us 27m2 and more closer to city, we just wasted our money for nothing! And two day long they cant find our booking details for meal, in the end of this story duty manager called to the room and informed we have nothing except room, standard room with nothing, so my husband called them back and requested to talk to manager, as he called to reception, we we’re waiting for 1,5h and nobody called us back! They dont know how to pass information to management? And it wasnt first time when the staff is telling we will call back and no response after, two times i went to the receptionist to double check other things that they must to inform us on check in time, both time they were telling me “we will call back” and no response, both times when i was coming to reception it was other person who dont know anything about it, no pass information no cooperation with each others

I would like to share that every member of staff in every department was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel cleanliness was amazing and the hotel had a fresh aroma all the time. The bedroom facilities were so nice. The pillows were so fluffy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was so nice and always stocked with amenities from the amazing housekeeping team. Aman (breakfast host) was extremely friendly and welcoming everyday of our stay. On our first day of breakfast Aman went out of her way to show us around for breakfast and explain things to us. The lovely lady in the gym reception was extremely friendly every time we went to use the pool or gym. The valet team were extremely helpful in taking care of our car to park it up and to collect it for us.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay. Thank you to the entire team at Holiday Inn Science Park Al Barsha South for making our stay truly memorable.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for the last couple of weeks as I relocated to Dubai. It’s a lovely hotel, with all the amenities you could need from pool, spa, gym and even a McGettigans with lots of things on to keep you entertained. The one bedroom apartments are great. Very comfortable with everything you need to make a home away from (or in between) homes.
BUT..
You could be staying at the nicest place on earth and if the staff aren’t up to scratch, it’ll ruin everything. I have been beyond impressed with all of the staff here. They are warm, kind, friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble, and for me it’s really made my stay. In particular, shout out to the valet and security crew who offer service with a smile and take such great care of my car. The brekky team in the morning who see me coming and have my coffee on the go before I’ve even sat down (and great omelettes by the chefs). Also the front desk team, but in particular Winnie who I first met when I arrived and has been nothing but amazing ever since. What a fantastic team.

Simply amazing experience at this brand new hotel. As a Diamond Elite Member, the front office led by the very capable and friendly, Mr. Freddie went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely magical. Full recognition with upgraded normal room to a one bed-room suite, breakfast as amenity, dessert platter and a fruit basket!
Even when there was a little hiccup with piping issue causing some smell, Mr. Freddie was on hand to immediately send a staff to check out and fix it. I’ve been to many IHG properties around the world, but I am very confident in HIS DSP’s success in the very capable hands of the GM, Mr. Sayed. Special mention to the tall South Asian staff (sorry forgot his name) from housekeeping who went above and beyond. Well done from top to the bottom.

Location of this hotel is key as it is close to every single attraction you would like to visit in Dubai. Away from the traffic with easy access in and out. We were lucky to enjoy the NEW suite with its smart features such as automatic lighting sensor when you move to the toilet for example and the convenient sofa bed that allowed us to comfortably fit my family of 4. The breakfast enjoys a good variety with a great service. I must admit that the hotel staff and management spared no effort to make our stay enjoyable. Very few hotels where you find ALL the hotel management helping in breakfast on 1st Jan at 8AM. wow this is true hospitality at its best. will come back for sure.

Overall this is a nice hotel with excellent customer service. Unfortunately it is let down by 2 major aspects that cannot be cured, and some that can. One is that no consideration has been given to soundproofing in the construction of the building. You can hear the tv and every conversation from the adjacent rooms. When people walk around their room the vibration through the floor is transferred into a loud thumping that resonates through your bed. As does the closing of doors. Activity in the hallway is clearly audible. The AC is also noisy and can keep you awake if you leave it switched on, which you may need to do. The location of the hote is appalling. Really awful. Set in a wasteland of dust and unfinished buildings. Also the food is quite bad generally. The staff of the hotel are amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. It’s hard to give this hotel a rating from 1-5 as it’s a place of extremes and is definitely not average. The noise factor and location score a zero, while the general comfort and service are the highest quality.

Actually, our rooms are built as per international and local standards, yet we regret the noise coming from the large group we had staying with us at the same time. With regards to the air conditioning, we have addressed immediately with our technical team and indeed there was an issue which is now sorted. As for our location, we are in an area that is growing as a hub for pharmaceutical and chemical giants. Not central, yet easily accessible with less than 10 minutes to Metro stations, Dubai Hills Mall, Mall of Emirates, and Jumeirah beaches supported with daily shuttles.
