We stayed at Rixos the palm Dubai with our 1 y.o. child and it was a must for us to get a really nice room service and to fulfill special food needs for our baby. We’d like to say a big thank you to Nayan, who cleaned our room really precisely and always left us wis some nice compliments. Got the best room service by Nayan throughout our 2 weeks stay. Also would like to say that everybody in the main restaurant were very helpful, especially Ruslan, who was always offering special meals for our baby, that were not present on the menu.

We booked at the weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We chose the rixos as we had stayed before and loved the service and quality of food. We booked direct with the hotel, their communication was excellant. Upon arrival we were informed tht they were upgrading our suite to an apartment with a private pool. It was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise and I cant thank Usman enough for all he did. It started the weekend off in ways I couldnt have imagined. When we got into the apartment we were greeted with a birthday card, cake and bottle of sparkling grape. The next day they had reserved a cabana on the beach for us and in the evening we had a wonderful dinner in the fish restaurant, where at the end of our meal all the restaurant staff came out to sing happy birthday to my husband and bring him another cake. The staff are incredibly attentive without being overbearing, the food is excellant quality. Upon returning to our room after dinner Usman informed us that he had arranged a late check out for us. It was evident that the staff truly derive pleasure from knowing that they have helped to make your stay the best that it can be. We had a wonderful time and all the amazing touches will be remembered for a long time. Thank you for everything We had a lovely dinner in the fish restaurant the following night…

We arrived for our 2 days all inclusive full board stay on from the 18.02.2021 to 20.02.2021 to celebrate birthday and wedding Anniversary. We checked in late @around 4.00 pm and were allocated Junior Suite 1335. Great: Restaurants : Excellent attentive staff. decent spread of seafood. The in-room service provided complimentary cakes for both our occasions. Utterly Disappointed: very dull and mediocre hotel decor for a 5 star. The whole property looks more like a furnished Apartment Complex. Even mentioned the mediocre Junior Suite decor to the receptionist. Seems like the hotel pefers catering to Russian speaking client, as that's the whole feel of the hotel. The reception and the guest relations are all Russian speaking and seems like they have a difficulty understanding other nationalities.. The guest relation girls in the lobby were a big disappointment ..won't do a simple fine dining restaurant booking unless approached in person from 09.00 to 17.00. They wouldn't take the room no. to check, we had to come back in person the next morning. However on approaching them @10.00 in person the next morning..got a response that the fine dining restaurants was already booked..limited seating due to Covid. Despite the fact that these restaurants are included in our all inclusive package charges, no proactive response or alternative from the guest relations. Have seen better professionalism from other hotels. Also these restaurants won't deliver food to the rooms. On the whole, not worth the amount charged. Won't recommend.…

Taimoor and Isa were both fantastic. This restaurant really has service locked down to an absolute art! High energy, jokes round the table, fast efficient delivery of food and drinks. The best dinner service I have experienced hands down. I am a restaurant General manager myself and this place really has nailed every element of the experience. Thank you!
