We‘ve felt very Welcome. The service Team was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and very various. The rooms were very clean and the view from the pool area was amazing. Also the privat Beach area was very well organized. Overall we can defenetly recommend this Hotel also Because of the central region.

Amazing panoramic views from the room, and two guys in the reception were super helpful. Sam and I can’t remember the other guy's name (sorry). The pool was nice but lacked a vibe - maybe it needed some music?

- Ian at the front desk is made for his job and fully understood our wishes; changed our room on our request. - Lisa cleaned our room fantastic each and every day, with a big smile! - Amim Shahin made us feel extra relaxed at the swimming pool - Kashif Hussain always went for the extra mile for us in the lobby - The valet parking guys are amazing: fast, friendly and not furious! These are all top people! BUT: The front desk receptionist ANTON RVASHNIN is an absolute disgrace for the hotel: to-tal-ly not customer driven, no sense of urgency and totally not helpful. Bloody shame he is the face of Voco the Palm, lacks everything someone needs at the front offfice. He is a 180 degrees contrast of all the nice and friendly staff in the hotel. Secondly, the hotel rooms suffer a bit of the outside (music) noise of other hotels and bars (not a big thing). Don't forget your ear plugs.…

Apart from the amazing environment at the palm west beach, Maison Mathis is the one that got my attention. Very very good ambience, very relaxing al fresco seating. I love their service! I went because its my birthday and mentioned it to one of their lovely hostess Ashly and they surprised me! They sang and on top of that they brought me a Lemon Tart Pastry (which is actually my favorite!) with candles! Every staff is very attentive and always making sure that we are having a good time and everything is all good. Thumbs up to Shiela, Ashly, Shayen, Nash and Imee . Im so glad Shiela had me registered on their IHG app and they have applied 25% discount on our bill :) Not to mention all the dishes that we ordered are all very delicious in a very generous portion. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place to all my friends :) …

A small nice Hotel at West Beach! located on the beach club mile, so you are not forced to go to other locations Everything’s was fine . Only the construction site nearby is sometimes noisy, but this happened in Dubai …… I can recommend it

I had the perfect stay. It started with an impressive check-in by Honey, a beautiful and comfortable room served impeccable by Amrit. the service at the pool and beach is first class and Shakim and Amin are very caring on guest well being and safety. The team, food and beverage at MM Restaurant is fabulous too and apology for not remembering all the names. Overall what impressed me most, was the uncomplicated natural way the team communicates and makes guests at ease. Thanks you everybody and I will be back.

There is nothing to complain about. The staff was super friendly, and helpful even if something wasn't clear. The location in the center of the palm jumeirah island. Pool on the rooftop. Acces to the beach, bar, watch matches. Affordable price and service. Highly recommend
