We literally could not fault this hotel in any way. We were met at check in with the biggest smiles and given cold towels and beautiful necklaces. We were shown to our Sea View Suite which was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Never have I stayed in a hotel room with such storage space (we had 4 large cases) and there was even room to store those - so much wardrobe space. The kids shared the sofa bed and whilst there wasn't much room in the living area once the sofa bed was set up, it was perfect for us. Everything in the hotel was brand new with it just opening. The food was absolutely outstanding and I would definitely recommend the full board option as this was such good value. I must mention Nitin who served us at breakfast most days - he looked after us so well. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding - from housekeeping to the restaurants to the beach, everyone looked after us so well. The touches like the beach bag in our room, the flip flops, the Easter egg delivered on Easter Sunday - the hotel had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days and left feeling absolutely refreshed and like we were VIP's. Thank you to all at The Taj Exotica - we will 100% be back.…

What an amazing place! The staff here cannot do enough. Everyone wants to help you out all of the time and ensure your stay is perfect in every way. The rooms are very clean and the housekeeping team did a great job tidying and topping up our room. The pool area is beautiful and there is a wonderful view of the sunset from the beach. A special mention to Forgive at the pool who kept us topped up with food and drink each day when we were sunbathing. The restaurants included in the half-board package were of a great standard. We never had a bad meal and enjoyed everything we ate. The servers in ALL of the restaurants were brilliant but particularly Alessia on the breakfast buffet. She greeted us most mornings with a smile and would always ask us what plans we had for the day. Bek and James on concierge were so helpful in restaurant and taxi bookings; we really valued their help! The games room is fun for the evenings with chess, scrabble, jenga and air hockey to play. The gym is also very well equipped and there are yoga classes each morning. There is also steam rooms and saunas included in the hotel stay. Outside there is basketball, tennis, table tennis and archery. Everything about the hotel itself was perfect, we really couldn't fault it. The only minor negative is the location. If you are happy staying in the hotel and close area for the majority of your stay, location isn't an issue. If, however, you wish to venture out and about, to places like the Marina, the financial centre or Dubai Creek, they are a fair drive away in a taxi and the taxi's aren't particularly cheap . With that said, you can get a short taxi ride to the Atlantis hotel and then hop on the metro (we discovered this too late during our stay). Amazing hotel!! The rooms are big and clean, the staff provides a very high level of service - especially Kuldeep from housekeeping. He was very kind and nice, he helped us with everything we needed.

Our stay as a family was simply outstanding! Really a very very big compliment to the staff, they really did everything to make our stay as sweet as possible!!! I would especially like to highlight the Moustafa (doorman), Umesh Khadka and Dasun Hasaranga. These employees simply have a special understanding for customers and do everything to fulfill every wish. These employees know how to bind the customers. Normally we don't go to the same hotel a second time, but this extremely warm staff made us change our mind. We are planning to come back next year! We stayed at the Taj Exotica Dubai for a week half board and the service and experience could have not been better. The food was everything you could have wished for with such amazing choices. Each staff member were friendly and wanted to make your stay a pleasure they gave 100 percent to making sure you were happy with everything. The pool was a dream and the outside areas. The lobby. our room and decor of the hotel was beautiful and we cannot wait to visit Dubai and The Taj Exotica again.
