I’ll never forget my stay in this hotel. The suite was incredible. Large and so confortable. Food all day was perfect. The team is here for you every time you need. You’ll be near all the places and all the activities you planned to go. Swimming pool is large and very nice. At night it’s so beautiful with the lights. Gym is wonderful too. A big thanks to Kamal for checking us in and out. Also to all the team and Rajat for this amazing experience.

Best hotel I’ve been to so far in Dubai! The food, the pool, the rooms, everything. Especially the good service🙌🏻 really recommend to any family or couple that wants to have it skittle but relaxed away from all the action in downtown.

Great stay, clean, comfortable, lots of amenities and friendly staff. Saci was especially helpful. The pool was a vibe, and the food at the restaurants were good. There’s also a night club called the mansion nearby which was dope. This location is great if you want some where quieter but not to far from the action.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff that goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. The waitetress at my breakfast was very humble and friendly. Always smiling. The food spread was good we enjoyed ourselves. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone with confidence.

Excellent stay! The staff at this hotel are fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Special commendation to Bruno, Alif and Doreen who are exceptional staff and helped make the stay great. The valet service is also very good. The rooftop bar has great food, and the prices are good, with drinks a good price during the long happy hour! Facilities are good as you expect for 4*, with very comfortable beds and all very clean. My only criticism would be I wish there was an ice machine (although perhaps this isn’t commonplace in the Middle East) Would stay again- thankyou

Fantastic customer service at the The First Collection Dubai pool area by all staff. A special shout out to Nandu who organised sun beds and a parasol for us every visit, even during busy periods at the pool. A special shout out to Nicole also for her great customer service at the bar areas. A five star experience all round. Thanks for making our first visit to Dubai very special and memorable.
