We stayed in this hotel from 16th March to 23th march. My first impression of this property was breathtaking, it’s reception area very fresh and welcoming, beautiful high ceilings but the best part was the welcome we got from the staff with beautiful smile and very polite and added to what I was feeling. As our flight got in early we had to wait for room so we started exploring the property. The gardens were laid out with beautiful indoor plants and the air was very clean. The Spicy restaurant was very nice with beautiful colours cushions and comfortable sofas and chairs. When we had our room which was a terraced room with balcony facing the pool. Again the high ceilings with beautiful deco was was very comforting and welcoming. Everyday our rooms were cleaned by Hassinan and Douglas they did excellent job and always happy to help with their lovely smile and politeness. From cleaners to management were very helpful and always ready to help with smile. We were very happy so extended our stay in this lovely property. Saima at front desk always ready to answer any questions. There few names where we had daily contact and they always put at rest with any queries or help, Rachel, Grace, Rasheed and Zaher. The staff in the restaurants did a great job and the cooks did excellent job and with their tasty dishes., me being vegetarian was very concerned but they did made sure that I was happy with my meals. There was various dishes made for meat eaters with wide varieties. The two lads at the pool very hard working and kept the poolside very clean and again given any job they happily deal with us . On the whole we had brillant time at this property and would highly recommend for the price you pay. The other plus point is, the hotel is only 15 mins from the airport. As I pointed out to the managers that, yes it’s nice to have a beautiful property but the staffs are the ones who make it welcoming and pleasant so well done to all from cleaners to the management who really made my stay very comfortable felt very relaxed.…

We spent 3 days here, it was a wonderful hotel, specially their service, they helped us with our breakfast, with suhur, with check-out, everything Their foods was delicious, their room cleaning service was disinterested, their swimming pool was fantastic but a little bit small, and not deep.

Service non existent … housekeeping regularly ‘forgets’ to look after rooms, laundry often missing for days. The only the staff is instructed to do is to ask for immediate payment for each and everything. Location conveniently close to the airport. 20 min from downtown. Rooms itself are ok and clean.

For me is first important priority is cleanness, where ever I am. In general, hotel is very clean and it is obvious that it has good care. I give a 5 of 5 about quality of cleaning in my room on 7-th floor of tower 1. Always house keeping stuff came fast, they know perfect their job. I remember one man with name Ashok. The hotel is close to the airport but far away from city center. There shops in near distance OK. Poor breakfast and the dinning area not so clean . Very poor service from the hotel reception and the cleaning staff. If all visit Dubai i will not book the same hotel. The company for booking attractions in the hotel is not for trusting them.

First of all with a name like sky Garden you would expect the garden to maybe be on the roof... It is not its on the ground floor so wasn't quite what I was expecting. The pool is on the 1st floor and is surrounded on 3 sides by tall buildings so you only get sun from about 8am to 10 am and then it's in the shade so no sunbathing g and the pool gets cold. Also by the pool you can see that there are pre made cut ours for lights to surround the pool. These are not there and are just a big hole to get caught in. The one good thing by the pool is the waterfall. When we first checked in we were given the wrong room as we had been upgraded by booking.com to have the deluxe room and we also booked a double bed but this room had w bed pushed together and even had the two separate duvets, also the room wasn't even clean. We called to reception and said that this was not our room, within 5 minutes we had a new room which was the deluxe room and in all fairness it is a very nice room with lots of space and the bed was very comfy but with all the hassle of changing our room put us off to a bad start. We had booked breakfast for the two nights and after the first one we didn't want to go again, the coffee was like dirt, the chef thought that a poached egg was a fried egg, the food option wasn't very good or tasted very nice, the only thing done well was the orange juice and croissants and it wasn't worth the price. When we asked if we could cancel breakfast the next day they said that they couldn't do it and had to be booking.com but they don't do refunds. For the price of the hotel (over 500 Aed a night after taxs) I was not satisfied and could of stayed somewhere much better for less money and that is what I will do next time. …

Rooms were not cleaned at all, very disappointing! The dust and dirt were everywhere. Bugs are all over the bathroom and in the rooms. We had to change our rooms 3 times due to dirty rooms and bugs. See attached pictures from the first t minute getting my room. We had to wait 8 hours in the hotel before getting a room.The refrigerators in rooms do not work and the staff were not trained well and gave wrong information. My hair iron got burned due to staff plugged into a wrong outlet. Minimum maintenance in the rooms and hotel managers were not caring enough to take care of reported issues.
