Hotel's Favorite
Been coming to this beautiful hotel for years, this time for 21 nights spread over 5 weeks mostly weekdays from August to end of September 2022. You are made welcome as soon as you step out of the car with arrival staff providing assistance with luggage and my wife and I being whisked to the 51st Floor for check-in at the Millésime Lounge. There we are usually met by Club Manager Rachelle and her very able supervisor team of Charm, Jashir and new member Angelica. They are complimented by Joe and Vishnu and other new team members. The breakfast service (try the Obelisk Omelette), the afternoon tea and evening canapés with drinks are presented very well by the chef and his background team all while viewing over the whole of Dubai from the 51st Floor. Had wonderful 'rooms' once again during our stays on the 45th and 46th floor and as a Diamond Member the amenities are always welcome and so is the housekeeping service provided by Tanaji, Kumari, Sujitha, Ajoy, Sunny, Syita, Ren and Venkatesan looking after us from morning till late evening along with their towel creations. Also had help from Sampath and Bashkar in Laundry / Tailoring. Down at the pool Arman is always there to give a hand along with the rest of the pool team from lifeguards to bar staff. The pool was pretty nippy at 28deg C with temperature above 42deg C for most days and took some getting used too! We had booked our stay prior to a close family member bereavement but the help given from GM Mr Luciano Fontana and his very helpful Director of Operations Mr Joe Nassoura in making our stay exceptional really helped us, my wife especially after an emotional start. All in all a wonderful stay at an exceptional hotel. We look forward to being refreshed again on our return in Feb 2023…

Wooow what a wonderful hotel and the Service is second to none...its our second time at this unique place with an amazing Team. The entire Team of the Club Lounge (special thank you to Ms Charm) and their Manager Ms Rachelle David are the most caring people. They remember all your preferences. The Front Office Team and the Doormen are organized, professional and so helpful... always a lovley smile. We met the Front Office Manager Vishal Ranghar and the Night Manager Mr Mohamed Elhellw.. Just great examples of hoteliers.. So professional and nothing is too much to ask. The Housekeeping Team was super fast and friendly.. everything is soo clean the Housekeeping Director Ms Katja Melizer woow what a great Lady. She and her team looked after us. We also met the Operations Manager Joe Nassoura how well he looks after his guests and his team..The entire place is just great hospitality setting a great example... …

It all started with a phonecall by Hashir, the manager of the Millésime Club, 2 days before our flight to Dubai, asking me if we would need something special before our arrival at the Hotel. Quiet unusual but very nice. At our arrival at midnight, we were checked-in by Barakat, a very competent and friendly member of the frontdesk in the lobby. Excellent. The whole stay in the Hotel was incredible (and we were in a lot of hotels around the globe), specially due to the members of the staff which are working in the hotel, no matter in which service. Wow, outstanding, very polite, friendly and helpfull. SO, starting to thank a lot of people who made our journey a very special one: to Sathish and Saikumar from the Housekeeping team, to Suhag, Rakitha, Ishan, Kirill and the other members of the staff of the Millésime Club (not to forget Hashir), to the friendly pool team, and last but not least, to a very polite and competent, newly arrived manager of the signature restaurant TAIKO, Mr. Anil Akharman, which made our Valentinevening a superbe journey to the japanese cuisine. Even with a fully booked restaurant he found the time to give attention to the guests, including us. Great Job. There was just one thing not meeting our expectations, our diner at the "Boulud", with a long and uninterested service, not motivated to take care of their guests. Don't missunderstand me: the food served was excellent, just the crew has to improve, compared to the excellence of the rest of the Hotel. Enough words.
