One of the best Hotel facilities and amenities in town. Amazing interiors and fitout (not stayed so just went through the entire facilities, except room) Especially the Spa (Misk Spa) and the health club. I could grab their opening Offer package. With help of spa manager (Roselyn) I could select right package for me and had an amazing session. One other different thing I notice is their after treatment lounge. With good tea you get to relax and also work area where you can do your quick work tasks. Can’t miss to mention the airport overlooking roof pool- and it’s staff ! The Health club, Pool and Spa has well managed, unfortunately the reception front desk staff and the car park operator could have been better in communications courteous.

My children and I had a blast at the Grand Mercure! Everything from the staff, the rooms, the ambience.. Breakfast is not to be missed and the Seafood buffet is an absolute MUST. Very generous portions, amazing taste, impeccable service, beautiful decor. Joe is a diamond and so is Cherry-Mae, Elmira, Jowi, Everyone really. Our check-in was stress-free, we received a very warm welcome and hospitality is next to none. I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Social distancing and COVID precautions were high. Food was delicious and varied. Ferdous was the best server. Knowledgeable about the breakfast products and attentive to guests. Ferdous could not do enough for us. Very natural serving style. Extremely professional. Joe was an awesome host. Super friendly and polite. We will be coming back as the price is competitive. Come early as it’s popular and gets busy!
