First impression was the highlight, we arrived and they welcomed us in the best way. They opened our door and took our luggage, check-in was done in seconds and they gave us one of the best view that they had! (We asked for it, but there were no charges) As I said, the room was amazing, nice view, comfy beds, everything was clean and a good storage. They brought our luggage to our room and welcomed us again with a signed card! The third bed was missing and it was okay, it just took a bit time that it arrived.
Breakfast!
The breakfast was also really good. They had a lot of choices and even an egg station, where you can order you eggs, however you want. I wanted an japanese egg dish, and unfortunately i dont know the chefs name (a litte hat, dark hair, great moustache and a good smile) took his time to try for the FIRST TIME and served it to OUR TABLE. It was delicious!!!

They have a lot of stuff! I didnt like the pool area, it was not for me and the whirlpool didnt work. They brought us a free little snack( watermelon).
I didnt use the gym, but it was a nice little gym next to the pool.
There is a club and a michelin star restaurant. We didnt went to the club, it was too expensive and not exciting for us and it isnt part of the hotel, but we went to Michelin star restaurant. For the first time for us, it was absolutely incredible!!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. That pushed the hotel to the 5 stars. The service was so incredible. Such nice people, who welcomed you all the time with a big smile. People who know how to work in such a great place. At the breakfast area was the best service with such a good job of cleaning the table and asking us what we want to drink. We liked a lot Abi, Sekar, Sarjita and the chef who i dont know the name of. The highlight was that they brought me free breakfast to my room, even though the breakfast time was closed, but i asked and the did me an amazing breakfast.
The room service was always quick and really nice, but they sometimes forgot that we are 3 people in the room and not 2.
The cleaning service was really good and cleaned our room really good and even organized our stuff!
The reception was the bad stuff about the service, they were nice and everything, but something they forgot to call us back. There was one guy who was not so sympathetic and that was Julien. I dont know, he was okay.
But all in all, the best thing in this hotel was THE REALLY GOOD SERVICE AND THE VIEW!!!!

We have returned from 4 fantastic nights in Dubai and this hotel and their staff made our trip so memorable and comfortable. Nothing is too much effort for them, and they make you feel like VIPs. The staff are all attentive, greet you and welcome you every time they see you. If I am to return to Dubai I would definitely stay here again.
The location is so convenient, near to the World Trade building, the easy to use metro is very close which makes travel cheap and quick! Otherwise taxis or private hire are regularly available out the front of the hotel.
We stayed for my birthday and they provided up with an exceptional room, you could see the burj and when it was lit up at night time it felt so futuristic and special.
Thursdays at their restaurant Celsius is seafood night. There is no expense spared - lobster, crab, mussels. The cutest and tastiest desserts too!
Thank you to everyone at Voco, you made it a trip to remember!

When you book a room in a 5* Hotel in Dubai, you should have the highest expectations. Voco did fulfill my expecions: the rooms were very good and very quiet, the bed was perfect for my back, the view from the higher floors is amazing and everything you need is in this hotel like Spa, ATM, Restaurants, Bars. The location is also good, everything that is not inside the hotel is within walking distance like supermarket, pharmacy, fast food.
The pool is also nice, but to be honest, it is the only con as it is too small for a big hotel like this. That keeps me hesitating from booking a room in high season around Christmas. I wish they could find a solution to improve this in future.
But the reason, why I decided to write one of my very few reviews is the service. It is the stuff at Voco that makes this hotel a remarkable 5* hotel. Literally everyone was absolutely friendly, attentive and had an outstandig behaviour: the receptionists, the huge stuff at celsius, jenny and her fantastic colleagues at Bar 51, the housekeeping, the welcoming stuff at the front door, the pool boys rajab and john and all the other stuff members that I forget to mention. It were you who made my stay wonderful, not the building. Thank you for that and a special salamat po to the many phillipinas working there. My apologies that I can´t remember all the names of these wonderful people from all around the world working at Voco.
Let me end my review with an example of why the service was so special to me. In many hotels the housekeeping gets a certain time frame for making one room, usually very few minutes. But everytime Nilusha made my room, it was not just spotless clean, but also in perfect order. All my clothes on the floor were perfectly folded on the recarnate, my cosmetics were in symmetrical order, my notes were stacked and so on. I felt like back in those days when I was a young kid and my mom made my room. It was made with love. Thank you for your time and effort.

I stayed at Voco for night nights with my husband and two children.
We arrived in the early hours, grateful for a welcomed break from a locked down UK and was pleased to see a very quirky looking hotel which was obviously quite new.
I hadn’t added breakfast upon booking so thought I would try my luck. I received a free upgrade to a club room and the gentleman kindly offered me breakfast for the duration of our stay for an additional £100 for all of us. I was very happy with this!
We were located on the 43rd floor. The room is stylish and we were given a double bed, single bed and a sofa bed which was sufficient for my 8 year old. The bath sat in front of a window which showcased Dubai’s skyline. The room in itself was lovely and my husband was content but for me it was a little dark and narrow.
The breakfast buffet is now served by staff. This runs like a well oiled machined with very little to no queues. They offer fresh omelettes, hot food items, cold meats and cheeses, a selection of yogurts, pastries, breads, salads, fruits, cereals, fresh fruit juices and a smoothie station. They also offer table service for hot drinks. I had lattes and they were perfect.
The pool area is nice and clean. There are always enough beds.
Now what makes this hotel a true gem is where it is located. Being located in the World Trace Centre district, it boasts being close to tram stations, restaurants of various types and other amenities. Everything is within walking distance.
I must also commend the efforts of housekeeping staff. The room was made up each time as though we had checked in again. Really impressed with the standards of cleanliness and efforts gone to ensure attention to every little detail.
We probably would come back and spend Christmas here next year.

I love Voco. I already forgot how many times I have stayed at this property. It's sleek, modern and elegant, yet there's that feeling of coziness everytime.
My most favorite room in the hotel, the Premier Suite, boasts fantastic views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline (the view from your window in the evening is awesome, too!). The layout of the room is fantastic; it's super spacious and offers several seating choices (personally love the lounge seat). I love how easy it is to connect to the Google Chromecast. I get to do some serious sound tripping by connecting my phone to the television. If you get bored of the usual channels, you can connect your Netflix and catch-up on the newest uploads. You are right smack in the center of the business and tourist area of Dubai, so the location is spot on!
What I most especially appreciate in this property is the warmth and hospitality of the whole team, definitely unparalleled. At the front desk, I always look for the smart and super friendly Kudzi, Obadah and Adnan Zafar, who is the Guest Relations Manager. There are offers that are only available when you call the hotel directly, so make sure to contact them when planning your visit. Even the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room (Nigma and Mani) were very polite. Coming to the hotel and being greeted as if seeing an old friend makes all the difference. This is what sets the hotel apart from others, their people.
During these uncertain times, when we are not sure if staycations are already a good idea, Voco will make sure that you are taken cared of the minute you step in the hotel. Highly recommended!

For the first time im staying at this hotel. And for such a hotel in dubai with this location, very convenient prices, they have a very nice package for the holders of Fazaa cards, there is a guy at the reception called Fouad he was more than helpful, made sure that we get a connecting room even though i didnt have a booking before i come, and he offered me extra bed and gave me an extra ticket for the breakfast for the fifth person cause we were five and the Booking was for 4 persons. Thanks again for Mr.Fouad, such a great hospitality from the hotel and such a great staff and room views as well. And can’t forget a special thanks for the Arsenal supporter 😂 danniel, he is the bill boy at the hotel, who ever will meet him try to tell him not to support aresnal, Will be sure that this destination will be one of my main destination for any future stay in dubai.

The room had an impressive views from Sheikh Zayed Road. Was big and had all we needed for our stay. The amenities, shampoo/gel/body lotion were from a very good brand we I truly appreciate when it comes to a long stay.
Breakfast was plenty of different options, during our 7 days stay we find always something new to try. The Nepali gentleman that prepares the omelette was so kind, attending to all requests with a smile.
Because of Covid-19, the coffee is delivered to the table to avoid people around the coffee machine. Majid were kindly replenishing our coffee and even gave us one to take away.
in general all the staff were kind and smiley. They don’t wear name badges so I cannot remember all of their names unfortunately.
The pool is small but has an interesting set up, all kind of levels, so you can even lay down flat to sunbathe with water few centimeters deep. Or the deepest which was 1.20 mts. The service then again is fast, efficient and kind. I was pleasantly surprised.
we extended our stay 3 more nights and they gave us an excellent price and we were able to stay in the same room.
The last day they also printed the PCR for us. We are definitely coming back.

I have been in staying in Voco hotel for past 7 months. It has been a great experience based on location, great customer service, nice restaurants, and the little things that Voco staff to do make the stay more enjoyable. I would like to particularly appreciate Duty manager Mr. Nabeel who has gone out of his way to assist me for some rental issues and Ibhrahim, who does such a great job in cleaning the room and providing excellent service for any request. Negative The cleaners they knock the doors once then they go to the room we were sleeping we couldn’t hear the knock even though it’s frustrating and violates the privacy and their cleaning was not good we did not see manager or supervisors in the floor very disappointed . Food is below average, didn’t like, very few options in the buffet as well. Don’t recommend.There is no doorman at the entrance in the evening, knowing all 5 star hotels arrange that and doorman at the entrance 4 p.m all is black i cant mentioned one all poor service only they stand and they talk with security and they not are in the type of hospitality standards as intercontinental standards as i see around helps only those who pay him and leave the others. This is not found in hotels that carry ihg. .but the level of cleanilness wasnt up to my standards, if you put the ironing board out, they would never put it away. I had a bath one evening with a gliter bath bomb, they didnt clean the bath the following day!It is really unfortunate that all the hosts in the restaurant are not aware of the types of food they have or the menu. If you order food from Room Service, they apologize that they do not have this menu. A real experience, I evaluate my experience day by day

I have driven past Voco on many occasions, so this time decided to do my staycation there as the package was too good to be true.
The stay-cation offer was less than 400AED for a night with a 3 course dinner and breakfast.
Sounds too good to be true right, the food must be not great and the rooms must be basic, for that price right? WRONG!!!! The room was spectacular, on the 34th floor with a view of the city and the sea (la mer side) in the distance too. the bathroom was a beautiful large open shower with a rolltop bathtub overlooking the city lights, very romantic!
The Checkin staff was amazing - very easy and quick check-in
The Included dinner was ordered and sent to the room, it was top 5* gormet dinner, we ordered beef and chicken skewers for starters and a pizza and roast chicken for dinner and a tiramisu and creme brule for dessert!!
Amazing all of it.
Breakfast was also a huge and great selection of food.
This is officially going to be my regular hotel, when staying in Dubai.
