I very rarely leave reviews, however my stay at the Radisson Blu Canal View was fantastic so definitely deserves one. I originally planned on staying here for four nights on a trip to Dubai. I had no return flight booked and thought I’d see how things went. At the end of my four days I extended my stay by another ten days and then for another two weeks after that! All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and a big thanks to Claire and the other Bai Bar staff who were all amazing throughout my long stay. The views from my room were amazing along with the views from the bar terrace and pool area. The housekeeping staff were great and very friendly and welcoming but also nice and quiet at the same time while I was working from the room. The food and drink was also brilliant, especially the ‘Free Burger’ offer which certainly made me put on some weight while I was out there. All areas were COVID compliant and temperature checks were made before entering the hotel and also the pool area. Would honestly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Dubai in and around the Business Bay area. Will definitely make a return next time I’m in Dubai. Location is excellent, 25min WALKING distance to Burj Khalifa (only 5min by car) Breakfast at 70Dh per person was absolutely worth it. Very yummy and again, super attentive staff!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Biggest critique point are the showers. In all three rooms we booked there was bad water pressure and the temperature was not stable (either freezing cold or boiling hot and it fluctuated greatly). On two days and three different rooms, the water came out brown.
All in all, if the shower situation is fixed, this is a perfect place to stay for families visiting Dubai.

I came on a business trip with my 5 year old son. The hotel has just opened so it is beautifully finished but definitely a business destination, not a holiday one. Having said that, the staff were so welcoming, kind, accommodating and genuine - my son considered the front of house team ‘my friends’ by the end of the trip, so they get 5*+. As it’s so new , the taxi drivers will take you to the other Radisson so ensure you are SUPER clear it’s Canal View. Good luck to them!

The infrastructures of the hotel especially its AC installations are very bad. I had to change rooms 2-3 times before finding a room with an AC that doesn’t produce an UNPLEASANT smell. Some of the staff of the hotel have been very helpful as they instantly took action. However, certain people working/managing the room service would need to learn how to take care of guests and be attentive to their requests, especially when certain dishes are poorly cooked. I have stayed to a few Radisson Blu hotels in the world, and this one is by far the worst experience.

Yes it is! Stayed 3 times before giving my review to check the consistency!
As a platinum member of Club Carlson this canal view ticked all the boxes that is why I am giving them 5 stars!
Let’s start with the staff. We found friends already as they are all so welcoming and friendly. At Bai Bar and Resto, Claire and Richard right from the get-go their hospitality were outstanding, they both took time to chat with us and introduced the menu. Gave us the best service all through out the night. We will not forget John Arne too, very attentive and attention to details. My wife noticed how he cleans our table even the tiny cramps, only few server will do that. At Larder during breakfast, Thanish took care of us and my wife even said that he loves what his doing and his smile is contagious. He even made some special tea for my wife. At the reception during check-in Anas took time to walked as through the entire hotel facilities and amenities. On our return the following week, he recognized us and gave us the preferred room. Daily and Sarah took care of us on our third time when we returned back, we celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary and arranged a surprise on our room and Wassam the manager on duty that day welcomed us and even accompanied us all the way to our room, that is superb service!
The Room Spacious, sophisticated and with marina or canal view. Totally different style when it comes to furnitures and we love it. The Bed as usual is so comfy and with extra pillows. I am not sure why some of the reviews where complaining about the A/C but this is our 3rd time and we have not experienced such issue. The Platinum gift is what my wife love the most, as she always find it different gifts every time we stay as a platinum privilege.
Facilities The pool has a good vibes with cosy sun-beds and overlooking the canal. The Gym is good enough space and equipments for a quick exercise. Loving the view!
The Location Only 7minutes drive to The Dubai mall so vert good for tourists. We found it easy to locate using gps.
Overall 5 stars and highly recommended and in fact, we have another booking next weekend. See you again Radisson Blu Canal and keep it up!

Good property near the business area. Hotel accommodations are good and the location allows you to be anywhere within 10 to 15 min. of your business meeting. Internet is a bit spotty, sometimes it takes a bit to catch. There is a lot of construction around so traveling by car from the hotel to he north requires you to go around some ramps that are closed. Going south is a straight shot. He hotel has many amenities that are useful, they can get you rental cars at very good rates and the staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is a good solid meal, worth your time and the bar is ok, I will put it above average when compared to other hotels. I stayed for leisure and I was able to book all my trips with the concierge desk and the travel agent on site. Both of them very helpful.

Me and my husband stayed here for 8 nights during new years eve. This is a new hotel and you can tell! The whole hotel is modern and clean. The staff is really friendly. We really want to thank everyone for making our stay better. The pool is really nice, amazing view and the sun shines the whole day. Not a building blocking the sun, not yet anyway. 20-20 minutes walk to Dubai mall or you can take the free bus which takes 10 min. The hotel also provides free bus to the beach.

Overall experience was not impressive at all. I do not like getting a room where the AC does not work properly. I am not liking not having the basics you expect in the room. I am talking soap, tissue box, wash clothes or spare toilet paper. This is a 4.5 hotel?

We are very satisfied for our stay in this hotel. First of all we are thankful for the hotel administration and the working staff, for their professional service. We have stayed in this hotel for 3 months due to our business, and during the whole stay were only thankful for everyone who served us with patience, understanding and politeness. The rooms are comfortable and always clean, and the food is very delicious here, you also have opportunity to order for something unique if you want something out of the menu, the chief cook will take care of it. Canal view is a good location for an early morning walk along the canal and is conveniently located within walking distance of Dubai Mall. The staff here have been a wonderful crew of support, helpfulness and brighten the days. From The minute you walk the front steps you are greeted by Ajith a delightful smiling concierge, helpful and professional. He was wonderful at advising tourist sites to visit, and ensured my travel PCR test was all organised and less stress on me. The Bakehouse Cafe provided good coffee and light meals. Breakfast at The Lader restaurant was plentiful and fresh. The house staff all have amazing personal stories and are respectful, professional and a credit to the Radisson chain. I got to brush up on my Indonesian and enjoyed a chat with Mohammed (Ethiopia). Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay enjoyable. Rooms were generous and clean, a little bit noisy from road traffic at times.
