I recommended so much specially Manish at Soul street and all the staff very friendly and the rooms amazing and the food very delicious so i recommended if any one coming for long stay also the pool part very nice
Me and my husband has visited many hotels and resorts but there was none like this stay, at FIVE JUMEIRAH VILLAGE. But behind every best service is an employee who takes care of their customer and treats them the right way. The manager at FIVE - Mr. Rumesh , had made sure that we had one the best stays… Can’t thank him enough for making us feel so good. The ambience and hygiene is 10/10 and the vibe is one the best at this hotel😍 They had decorated the room with the cutest decorations, with a heart shaped delicious cake, and a fresh juice - upon our arrival. This was the cutest and hearty gesture by the amazing manager at FIVE .. Mr. Rumesh. I feel every other hotel should have a manager like Mr. Rumesh, so that we know that we have spent the rightful amount to the best hotels. Thank you for this amazing stay FIVE JUMEIRAH VILLAGE!!! The best staff at the five Village Arbaaz and Samit very empathetic, efficient and always with a great disposition. They are amazing !they always amazing these place and five I’m having a great time and I’ll always come back.
this was the 4th time i was staying in the FIVE JVC since last month and every time we experienced amazing service specially ANUJ from in-room Dinning he is very gentle and professional. we love FIVE JVC and hopefully will come again
I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The service was impeccable, the staff always gentle and courteous, food excellent. Shout out to Saajeev, Vikrant and Faiz who went out of their way to ensure that our stay be without any incident and they tendered to our request. I would highly recommend and would definitely choose the same hotel for my next visit there.
We love our stay at Five Jumeirah Village. Great ambience and great service! I have to commend Mr. Rumeesh for making our stay a more memorable one! I highly recommend this for a getaway or staycation!
Such an amazing stay! Want to make a big shout out to Keeno, who made sure one of our nights were LIT. Great customer service skills. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted at dinner. Keeno, did amazing during the trip and will not be forgotten, thank you so much !
I have been a regular guest for almost 4 years and although the service has been deteriorating, being someone who likes to stay in his comfort zone I tried to look at the bright side. But not when it reaches the level of fraud! I had a very negative experience in the main restaurant Trattoria while hosting a couple of my friends on 28/5 during the UCL final game to the extent they wanted to escalate and talk to the hotel’s owners. I informed them I will handle it and informed a Supervisor whom I have unfortunately known for years “Keeno Ross” that we will not pay the bill given the experience we faced and he acknowledged it and apologised Later I found that there is a pending amount I need to pay to clear my balance and was informed that there is a “signed bill”. Keeno tried to convince me I signed the bill. While checking out I asked to see the original bill only to find out that someone signed the bill instead of me and wrote the room number. Which is a clear fraud incident, no other words can describe it!! I was told there are footages of ME signing the bill. I asked to see the footage after 15 min of back and forth they claimed that the cameras are not showing who signed them The number of lies and false information, as well as the level of unprofessionalism that I have experienced in one incident has been beyond normal I have a copy of the fraud bill and I will report this as a robbery/fraud incident. I have demanded the hotel to refund the amount “which for me has been stolen from me” and I demand an official apology email from the hotel management to me and my two guests (both Senior Directors in Big multinational Organizations) It is quite shocking that a hotel that has started in a very promising manner goes downhill to the extent of frauding signatures of guests to take money off customers, and am here speaking about a regular guest who spends at least 10 nights every month in the hotel Absolutely horrendous level of service that definitely can not pass unattended…
Check in was smooth. Room was very neat and clean with stunning view. Pool is small but pool bar team and music will keep you entertained all the time. Team at pool bar were very active and friendly. I would like to mention the names but unfortunately I couldn't remember everyone's. Dewash at pool was super friendly and was making sure that everyone is well look after. After the pool we had some rest and went back their for dinner at night and were assisted by very polite and friendly hostess (sorry I forgot the name) to a nice table. I was shocked to see the area turned into a great dining spot after pool operation. The food was amazing and the music made the ambience even better. Restaurant Manager came to our table to ensure if everything was ok with the food and service. Next day we had our breakfast in buffet restaurant where we were greeted by hostess. She was very professional and explained all the details very clearly in a very professional manner. However, service need bit of improvement as we had to look for someone to order coffee and clearance but it is not a big deal. Next day during the checkout we were assisted by Keith at reception. He was very friendly and helpful. All the staff are very friendly. This hotel deserve 10/10 and will return soon. thank you Five team …
