This was my first time booking here and it was a very last minute decision, hoping to have a great experience with them and guess what they even exceeded my expectations.
To Mr Sayed who have been so accommodating since checked in Ireally appreciated to all the staff in front desk for assisting me to Mr K (forget his full name 😅) in the breakfast buffet area he was so accommodating as well. I must say all staff are very well trained

I was on holiday in Dubai for the 4th time, and for the first time in this hotel. Polite and attentive staff (special thanks to the girl and young people from the restaurant and Jonior), a buffet in the morning, and lunches and dinners on the menu: the food is very tasty. There is no pool, there are exercise machines on the 7th floor, there are rooms for both non-smokers and non-smokers👍. Near the hotel there is a metro station and a bunch of cafes (Golden Fork, KFS and McDuck are also there), also near the Al Ghurairah shopping center there is a Carrefour supermarket and exchange offices. It's easy to catch a taxi near the hotel.

Its only asset, close to a metro stop. Its location, far from the center and many activities Food: the food is poor whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner Soundproofing: none. Whether it is the noises inside the hotel or the noises of the construction sites right next door that start very early. Security: we can leave this luggage in a closed luggage room and watch but on several occasions there are guests who tried to enter the room. Atmosphere: neutral but on the last evening, while we were up since 5am we went home for dinner, the restaurant room was privatised by an Asian group screaming into microphones , 1- considering the size of the room, there was no need for microphone 2- the only separation between them and the rest of the floor was a curtain. We didn't even think about it. Despite several complaints and the arrival of someone from the management nothing was done. The room, same furnishings as in an ibis in France but be careful 1 towel per person and only liquid soap. If you’re less than 6” tall, you won’t wait for the hangers. The reception, only 1 person speaks French and we saw it on the last night only.

Great location, a short walk from metro station Al Rigga (on a direct line to the airport) in an area with some good and reasonably priced restaurants, shops etc
Staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially the floor housekeeping staff and the young Filipino ladies on reception. They help create a professional impression.
In fact the rooms are small compared to some in this part of Dubai and the facilities are basic. You also need to know that there is no pool but for this price it is a good option.

Great location near the Al Rigga metro station,plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, many food store open 24 hours. The airport is 5 km away but the rooms are soundproof and you wont be able to hear anything from outside!!! Comfortable and clean rooms Good breakfast international and asian Many facilities in the room:Iron and ironing board,Mini Fridge,electric kettle, tea bags, sugar, coffee etc The hotel also offers many free bottles of water 0.500 ltr daily This is my first visit in United Arab Emirates and Dubai and I am very happy that I chose this hotel. Nice clean room with easy checkin checkout experience. We used day checkin (10am to 5pm) for transit in between flights and the room was available on time. The hotel is comparatively near to airport and cab availability was also easy and affordable.

I have booked many times in this hotel and the last time was last year. What I like about this hotel is the good customer service, professional in dealing with guests, attention to detail, and welcoming. I would like to commend the reception staff, Shaine, during my check-in and check-out process for providing good customer service, the care to ask how was my stay, promoting the hotel, and welcoming with my next reservation. I also would like to commend the lady housekeeper as to when I asked for a towel she immediately delivered it in the room and greeted me with a genuine smile. I normally booked in this hotel depending on the room rates as sometimes I find it impractical especially with the current situation in which, a lot of people would want to have a place for them to work comfortably. To relax, to have that kind of peace of mind, and to feel comfortable.
This hotel is 5-10 minutes walk from al rigga metro station and convenient for planning your journey or trips by taking the metro. The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to have a real street life as this place has a lot of things to offer.

We chose this hotel out of so many because it was close to a metro, it was well priced, and it was near restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel was better than expected as the staff were very accommodating, the rooms were cleaned daily and we chose a non smoking floor. No frills just a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I wish it had a pool.

The bar looks very modernistic and it gives a relaxing vibe, the music isn’t so loud so you can hear the people around you pretty well. The food is also great and the service is amazing. Our waiter Mr Jabar is really friendly and very helpful, he made sure nothing we need is missing.
