Staff & Service was just amazing. The rooms was very good. The hotel is located very near to Deira city centre for those who loves shopping. They do have some of the good mandi restaurant nearby for those who love to taste Arabic food.

Not sure what others see or look for in a hotel but this hotel is terrible. As mentioned very dated, rooms really did smell but worst was the nightclub music which could be clearly heard even though we were on the 4th floor and it's now 2.30am. The staff maybe friendly but not reception however because they are friendly does not make it a good hotel.

Easily one of the worst experience I've had at a hotel! The staff made it seem like they were doing us a favor. We did not feel welcome at all. They have somehow managed to entice guests through their pictures online (which I'm pretty sure are outdated) and they conveniently leave out the dance bar that it houses along with the type of crowd it attracts. Toilets were pathetic, dirty cutlery, terrible room service, horrendous breakfast spread. Anyone who has a booking with them and seeing this now, trust me, the cancellation fee is worth it.

The location is really good . There are several bars besides and 5 minutes walking you can reach Deirah center, which was a good mall .
But the hotel itself was not very special. It's a hotel with Indian owners and the name Leela is also indian . You can see most of the guests are from India .
Breakfast was normal . Nothing new or special. Very simple!
The room carpets were totally black because of dirt and dust .

The rooms are very dirty and need a lot of maintenance. Doors do not close smoothly. You have to use all your might to close it. The hotel is very noisy in the night and it is very difficult to sleep rather next to impossible due to loud music in the hotel premises.
