Our holiday to Raffles The Palm was a fabulous experience, made more special in that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary whilst visiting. Robert clarified our special occasion during check in and we were surprised by a wonderful display in our room on our anniversary - we had double swan artistry made out of towels with rose petals, balloons as well a beautiful and delicious strawberry mousse cake. Mirzo and his team had taken the time to make this special surprise and it was appreciated. The standard of the room was high with any extra toiletries, water/coffee or fruit supplied with a smile by staff. The room and hotel including pool area is kept very clean and comfortable. We chose half board given that this hotel is on the palm and there aren’t many restaurants nearby (unless you travel up to the Atlantis). The breakfast options were extensive and kept well supplied. Some guests seemed more aware than others to request bowls of strawberries which were kept under the buffet for them (this was slightly odd). The food at dinner offered a decent international buffet with special nights throughout the week adding the option of BBQ. We had one occasion whereby the lights in our room flipped a fuse switch but Shakheel from maintenance was helpful and efficient in rectifying this. Finally we were wished ‘bon voyage’ by Farhan in the restaurant during our last night’s dinner with another delicious cake! In conclusion, this hotel’s standard is maintained by the hard work of many staff who are all happy to assist. The price of alcohol such as wine is not cheap but this is no different to other 5* hotels in Dubai. If you are looking for relaxation and luxury, you will not be disappointed.…
We just returned to the UK after spending 8 amazing nights in the magnificent Raffles the Palm resort. We are a couple with a 9 years old daughter. We booked the club room, which was worth every penny! If you ever want to stay in a palace with outstanding service then please book the Raffles the Palm. I will write a detailed review about the resort in a different post, but this post is dedicated to staff who went the extra mile during our stay - please kindly pass on this feedback to the lovely staff who truly are assets to the Raffles brand: - Ms Irina Zinkova (Raffles Club Manager), I have written to you upon our return to the UK but once again I would like to reiterate that you are a true asset to the Raffles, thank you once again for your kindness and hospitality. - Eric (from lovely Cameroon) our butler, Merci beaucoup! You are such a kind and genuine soul, thank you for looking after us and our daughter (your fille) during our stay. The birthday décor in our room for our daughter's birthday was amazing, our daughter will always remember that. Your smile will always be remembered too. - Armand, thank you so much for looking after us at Le Jardin, will always remember your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, you will achieve your dreams! The "thank you" cake on our last dinner at "Le Jardin" was a lovely touch, which will be remembered. - Hassan in the club lounge, thank you so much for looking after us during lunch time. You always went above and beyond, and offered great service. When you noticed that our daughter wasn't eating well, you asked the chef to cook rice and butter chicken specially for her, thank you so much! You will go great heights! - Panashe in the club lounge, extremely polite, well spoken, you will touch the stars young man! You provided world class service during cocktail time! The Raffles needs people like you! Thank you so much! - Yeni in the club lounge, you are a lovely lady thank you so much for looking after us during cocktail time. It was great to see you on our last day and say farewell - Florence in the club lounge, thank you for looking after us at lunch time, stopping to speak to us at every occasion. Polite, kind and lovely, you were a true delight, sorry we missed saying goodbye on our last day. - Vikas in the club lounge was a kind person to deal with. A massive thank you to all the staff in the club lounge, you provided real great service! - Joseph in the club lounge, who entertained the children by given them a masterclass on mocktail making, thank you! Our daughter was surely thrilled! - All the lifeguards by the outdoor/indoor pool and beach, you are all doing a fabulous job specially in the extreme heat! A special mention about Marvin, one of the lifeguard who gave great swimming tips to our daughter. - Ola at the entrance, what a welcome it was when we arrived ! You are polite and well spoken, you provided an amazing service from start to finish. Sorry we missed saying goodbye to you on our last day. You will definitely be remembered even if we only interacted few times! The Raffles needs staff like you! - Young man who was looking after the gym and indoor pool, sorry I am not able to recall your name but you found our daughter's pair of goggles when she left them in the indoor pool and brought them back to us when we were in the outdoor pool, thank you so much!! - Cleaners who did a fabulous job everyday - Chefs at Le Jardin, your dishes were always a treat Thank you Raffles the Palm for the outstanding service and long lasting memories you created for us, we will definitely come back!…
Thanks for great time lovely place!! I would like to recommend iftar is great and service is perfect also buffet yummy and atmosphere Probably one of the best places in Dubai, the staff were super nice and helpful specially Hamza , the food and drinks were amazing , I highly recommend.
Your stay was absolutely beautiful! The stuff was so friendly and helpful! Especially Muthui, Aklima housekeeping, Ajay housekeeping supervisor & Isuru butler did an amazing job! Will definitely come back!
We keep coming back to this hotel because it’s one of the best Nice stuff and great hospitality Need to recommend a massage in the spa I never had such a great massage in my life ( and we travel a lot and I go for a massage in every hotel ) Just amazing Big thanks to the spa team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very unhappy with the staff awareness at Raffles. When checking in, we have indicated we were on our honeymoon and this was a last minute booking so all prearrangements would not have been possible. Upon getting our room keys, we were not congratulated nor felt special enough. This is our 6th trip to Dubai and by far the worst experience we have had. I would have thought booking Raffles The Palm we would have expected the first class services as you would have but unfortunately not this case. I have been ill majority of this trip and again no care was given even though we have explicitly stated we have someone suffering from a cold etc. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back here.
It is has been an amazing stay here at room 414.From the moment I arrived I was well taken care of.Beautiful environment,great customer service especially Ms Jane In house keeping.Jane was so attentive to every detail.We felt more than welcome.I highly recommend property to everyone planning to visit Dubai!
Excellent Hotel with beautiful views!The food was nice with a lovely environment.Rooms are huge and cleaned up to standards.swimming pool was great and attentive staff.A great mention to our house keeper Jane who did a good job and took good care of us.My only complaint is that I did not stay longer!Highly recommended
I can not describe enough how amazing was my visit. It was not first time I visited Dubai hotels but the Raffles was fantabulous. Fascinating lobby where you can admire the design of the hotel. Beautiful pool and beach. Customer service was exceptional including the food and beverage team mainly the Moroccan guy named Hamza. He was professional and humble. Additionally, the rooms were very specious and clean. Everything was mind blowing. I can’t wait to visit here again.
From the moment we entered this wonderful hotel we knew it was not going to disappoint us in any way. Every single member of staff was so polite and efficient. The club lounge was absolutely worth the extra cost, we had a fabulous time trying lots of different cocktails, Arnold the barman was great fun as were his colleagues. Special thanks to Ezekiel who dealt with our luggage with a friendly smile and took a great photo of us. We without doubt will be returning.
